Beautiful villa
We are staying here at the moment
I was not sure what to expect when we arrived however we were over the moon
The villa is beautiful with a large pool and patio area
The villa is in a good location you can easily get to restaurants and beach
The villa has everything you need
The photos on the site do not do this villa justice at all
we will definitely book again and recommend to others

absolutely fabulous
Arrived to a warm welcome from Ian and Renee showing us round the villa. The villa is everything you need for a holiday with a fantastic pool and outside eating areas.
With countless beach bars and restaurants in easy distance from the villa its location is perfect. A local Tesco is in Pranbruri to get your provisions but 9kms away is the small town of Pak Nam Pran which has numerous 7/11 shops with a local market for fresh fish/prawns and veggies. Eating out is reasonable depending on your taste with all types of restaurants in easy reach.A car or transport is required but driving in the area is not a problem.If you have transport a trip to Hua HIn is a must especially for the night market. All in all a fantastic place to stay for a truly relaxing holiday with great hosts who are on hand to help with anything you require.

Location is great, house is perfect and has everything you need for a great family vacation.
We have been coming to this area for 8 years and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. The location was great, very close to the beach, quiet but close enough to Hua Hin to drive up to the mall or other markets. The house was set up perfectly, great couches, tv, internet...plenty of sheets, towels...plenty of seating around the pool (shaded and in the sun). Ian and his wife communicated with us very well, they were close enough to respond if we needed anything. Can't recommend this place enough...Thank you for a great time.

Relaxing Days
Had five wounderfull days at the Montain Beach Villa.
Ian and Renee are very kind hosts.
They came directly and tried to fix it, when we reported the problems with the washing mashine.
The Villa and also the surrounding was very clean.
We really enjoyed our stay at this nice and quiet area.
If you like good food, we can recommeand the "Schnitzelwirtin" and the "Very good" Restautant. Both not far away.

Great Villa
As others have written, this a great villa for the price. Everything needed is available, and our hosts Ian and Renee even provided us with insect repellent on arrival.The pool is great although surrounded by tiles than can get slippery when wet. A car is essential; we hired one from Suvarnabhumi Airport ( National Rentals). The closest beach is only 5 minutes drive, but it was most unattractive and has jellyfish warnings everywhere. Only a couple of minutes walk from the villa is Won's bar, a local eatery with delicious food and great atmosphere. About 20 minutes drive to Pranburi is the large Tesco Lotus shopping center, boasting several first class eateries and a huge supermarket. All in all we had a nice break from reality at Mountain Beach Villa and would highly recommend it.

Thanks for the kind words Martin. Yes sadly there can be jellyfish, but fortunately they are seasonal and the beach can be great fun, especially for the kids as it is so safe.

Wonderful relaxing holiday
Spotlessly clean villa with every item you could possibly need. Beautiful clean pool set in secluded garden. We hired scooter and found it very easy to get to the beach and local market and supermarket. Dave and Jacqueline were extremely helpful and we would definitely recommend this villa.

Better than our highest expectations!
A lovely private villa. Very well furnished and equiped. We really enjoyed our trips on the scooter and sidecar. The pool was very secluded from adjoining properties so plenty of privacy. Would advise hire car and sat nav as a little difficult to find places to eat out. We look forward to a longer stay next year and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a really relaxing home from home.

Private and relaxing stay
The villa was very private and not overlooked by neighbours which was a very welcome surprise. The pool itself is one of the best we have had - crystal clear, a good length and the temperature was just right.
Quiet location in complex with other villas and is walking distance to a local bar/restaurant where other very friendly residents and villa renters can socialise for a beer and some great local food at very reasonable prices. You need transport to venture to the beach and other restaurants but a scooter will be more than adequate if you are not a family with small children. The villa itself was good and everything you need was to hand including a washing machine.The only negative was that the shower units were a bit old and could do with updating. TO sum it up - a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Jolie maison, bon accueil
Maison conforme à l' annonce. Cuisine bien équipée, lits confortables. ..
Entretien de la villa et de la piscine au top.
Situation de la villa au calme mais avec de nombreux voisins très chaleureux qui se retrouvent dans une petite épicerie/bar qui vaut le détour. Plages et restaurants à proximité.
Que du bonheur!!!
