It is very difficult to find any faults with Sunian villa. Situated a short stroll away from the ocean and several small restaurants, the villa is located in a very secure, quiet and private rural setting. The bed and both indoor and outside seating is very comfortable. The whole villa is well appointed and maintained at an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The mesh screens at doors and windows are all intact enabling guests to have a pleasant throughput of cooling air without the annoyance of small flying visitors! The hosts: Game and Ian were very helpful and attentive but never intrusive, often presenting us with fruit from the wonderful garden. Game offered accompanied trips to the market, cooking advice and suggestions of restaurants. In fact, all the help you could possibly need is available including airport transfers and moped hire. We left after a month feeling we had made two new friends and really look forward to our next visit. Everything, however, was not perfect: there was no garlic press.

Well what can I say, we eventually managed to get our 2020 Christmas trip, and boy it was worth the wait. Game arrange for us to be picked up at BKK airport and brought down by a really funny and kind taxi driver, he even made sure we stopped to get the essential beers :-) when we arrived we were greeted by Ian and Game, along with Bonzo and Millie and it was a lovely welcome. After a quick tour of the villa we settled down and had our cold beers. Next day Ian and Game kindly took us a wee tour of the village and stopped for THE BEST NOODLDLES, I am really not kidding here, just ask where to find the shop, amazing. We had everything we needed at the villa and if we needed anything Game was always on hand to help us out . Its such a lovely relaxing chilled place and somewhere I highly recommend coming to. Game and Ian are lovely hosts and will do anything to make your stay special. If you are coming to area then this is the place to stay, you wont be disappointed. :-) I cant wait to come back.

What a delightful stay with Game, Ian, Bonzo & Millie. The cottage and garden were beautiful, complimented by the amazing views of Sam Roi Yot from the sun terrace. What a great location for our first Christmas abroad. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in Pak Nam Pran. Game arranged for scooters so we could explore the area and what fun we had. Highlights - super hosts, secret beach (ask Game), best noodles ever (aloy aloy), thai house warming (a must if you get the chance) NY day sunrise. Close to restaurants/cafes and main strip of beach. Small essentials shop meters away, great for picking up ice and Leo! Bicycles were great for popping down to the beach. Learned to cook our favourite dishes pad kra pao moo, som tam and chicken 'n cashew, thanks to Game who is an amazing cook. Our holiday was awesome!! Special shout out to the rest of the host family Game, Ian, Bonzo and Millie, friends for life.

My husband and I have just returned from 16 blissful days at Sunian cottage. Having originally booked pre-covid we felt we knew Game and Ian by the time we arrived, they were so helpful arranging the taxi from and to the airport renting us a scooter and taking us to some fantastic destinations. The cottage was lovely with everything you could possibly need although with so many lovely Thai eateries nearby we ate out every day. Game was fab at helping us negotiate spicing (Thais like it exceptionally hot) and we shared several gorgeous meals. The long sandy beach is within easy walking distance and the sea is beautiful. The local markets were an experience and the produce delicious. We would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for relaxation and experiencing some authentic Thai life. We hope to return.

I stayed for almost a month with Game and Ian in their beautiful cottage. I had a great time, Game and Ian are the best host. The area is wunderfull, long beaches everywhere and in the month of march almost no tourist. Really a place where you find yourself again. I'am sure I come back!!

Cannot fault anything. The house was perfect, the gardens lovely and the dogs are a bonus. Game and Ian helped in so many ways to make a perfect holiday. The area is very quiet, beautiful and still undeveloped, which makes such a pleasant change from all the bustle of Thailand. The locals are very friendly and it doesn't take long to feel at home.

We have now stayed here 5 times. Great accommodation, great hosts, great area. Sunian has all you need for a comfy home from home holiday. Ian and Game will go the extra mile to help, from arranging transfers, local transport and showing you round the area whilst recommending super restaurants and landmarks.The location of the cottage is in a quiet area whilst being a 5 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to the local towns.We will be back again!!!

Découverte d'une partie de la Thaïlande magnifique pour sa nature luxuriante, son calme, à l'écart du tourisme de masse. Les propriétaires de la villa ; Game et Ian sont très chaleureux, sympathiques, discrets et soucieux de notre bien être. Ils nous ont fait découvrir de superbes endroits, heureux de nous faire plaisir à tous moments. La location est a proximité de leur maison, mais très indépendante, ce qui permet une belle tranquillité. Nous avons passés un séjour de rêve dans cette jolie villa confortable où rien ne manque et son magnifique jardin, réveillés le matin par les oiseaux. Sa proximité de la plage et du parc naturel de toute beauté, son très agréables. A conseiller absolument ... tout était parfait, insouciant, fantastique et paradisiaque !...

We stayed in Game and Ian's cozy cottage for a week with our baby daughter. Game and Ian were fantastic hosts and even though we had read the positive reviews, their hospitality exceeded our expectations by far. They showed us around the area, guided us to the best restaurants and even ordered food delivery for us and a massage therapist to come by! They and their two very sweet dogs were extremely friendly to our daughter and to us, we felt like old friends. The cottage is comfortable and has what you need, is located in a fantastic garden with a small private plunge pool and terrace. It is 5 mins by foot from the coast, where there are several good local restaurants with surprisingly good coffee - within 15-20 min walk (we walked around with our baby in a stroller). There are two local shops within 5 mins walk with the basics you need - and Game and Ian helped with the rest by driving us to a large Tesco 20 min away by car. If you want to experience "real Thailand" with the benefit of the perfect hosts, this is the place to go.

Nous avons été reçus par Game et Ian avec beaucoup de chaleur. La maison est parfaite et le jardin merveilleux. L'environnement est très campagne, vous entendrez les coqs, le vaches, les oiseaux de toutes sorte etc. Le bord de mer est tout près avec quelques petits restaurants à environ 1 à 2 KM de marche. les gens du coin sont adorables, simples et vrais ... c'est tellement précieux de trouver cela encore en Thailande... alors si vous choisissez d'y aller, vous ne regretterez pas mais s'il vous plait, comportez vous avec autant de gentillesse que vous en recevrez là bas... Merci encore à Game et Ian pour toutes leurs attentions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine si vous voulez bien. Nous vous embrassons. Rolande et Linda.
