PatmosEye villa is situated in a great spot in Skala, Patmos overlooking the harbor and Chora, offering amazing views. The house is decorated in traditional style yet with all modern amenities. Everything has been taken care of in the tiniest detail! Marietta (the host) and the staff make you feel like being at home among friends who spoil you with delicious breakfast, small gifts and warm hospitality. We were there for our wedding and not only we got useful tips from Marietta about planning it but even gifts to remember the day! Couldn't recommend this place more! Our recent 11 day stay at Patmos Eye was nothing short of SUPURB. Everything was perfect, cleanliness, hospitality, view, amenities, location (5 minute walk to Scala restaurants,bus,port, shops), private plunge pool with view, FOOD, service, friendliness. Having owned a 5 star boutique hotel ourselves for 30+ years we are very critical and have very high expectations. Marietta and Fredy, along with their staff, exceeded our expectations. The Villa has the most amazing views of the Port and Scala Town, tasteful and traditional decor, beautiful bed and bath linens, full kitchen facilities (if you wish to cook), wonderful private plunge pool, private Hamam, privacy, privacy, privacy. The food is fabulous, Marietta is a pastry chef and shares her delights daily. I cannot say enough positive about this wonderful piece of paradise, apart from we have already booked our next 2 week stay!

This was our second stay at Patmos Eye having also stayed in 2021. We have visited many Greek islands and stayed in some very beautiful accommodation but none come close to Patmos Eye. One of the aspects that make it so special is the host Marietta-she can't do enough for you from picking you up to take you to your accommodation; arranging for the fridge to have fresh fruit, local greek produce, water and wine waiting for you and being on hand when needed to offer advice on where to eat, the best beaches etc. The suite we stayed in is on the upper level with stunning views from the two balconies -- one is full sun and one is in the shade. It is incredibly well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and very tasteful crockery and glassware. The location is great close to the bars and restaurants and lovely shops.Marietta's gift for attention to detail is outstanding the decor is stylish and tasteful plus touches such as Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom we really appreciated. Everywhere is completely spotless. BREAKFAST - not sure where to begin on this as you would need to experience if to fully appreciate the care that goes into it. Everything is totally delicious with fresh fruit; homemade pastries, cakes and breads; local yogurt and honey; homemade jams; freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly brewed coffee. A range of cooked options is also available. Breakfast is served at a time of your choosing on your balcony. This is a really exceptional place cared for by a very special host. We now consider Patmos Eye our Greek home and cant't wait to return !

Let me start with hosts Marietta and Fredy, they greeted us with genuine smiles and joy, showed us around the villa, explained the amenities and provided all sorts of valuable information about Patmos island (where to swim, eat, which sightseeing to do etc.), marked on the provided map the places not to miss etc. The whole place is built to very high quality standards, it is extremely well clean, organized, traditionally decorated and has everything you need for an excellent care-free stay. They even provided us with brand new flip flops that we took away with us. Towels both for the bathroom and swimming pool are provided and changed frequently, kitchen is fully equipped, beds, matrices and pillows are all of very high quality and we had the best sleep ever! Very quiet location, air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, I mean what more can you ask for... well there is more!!! The views from the pool and terrace are incredible beyond description and the photos only show a part of it. You have full view of the whole bay, Skala port and the Chora with the Monastery and the Windmills. Finally I need to mention the handmade breakfast prepared freshly every day by the host and delivered to your villa consisting of only handmade stuff like many sorts of bread, marmelades, fresh honey, orange juice, omeletes, cakes, local pies, fruits, Greek yogurt the list goes on and on!!! We were a family of 4 and we spend a unique week in Patmos Eye, visitied all the island but also enjoyed the pool, hydromassage and the hamam!!! Will be definetely coming back in the future. Patmos eye is the perfect choice for accommodation on Patmos. That’s why I chose it for my second stay! Ideal location, amazing view, luxurious yet traditional style, with special care to the slightest detail, plus relaxing hamam and swimming pool, homemade breakfast and hospitable owners! It’s THE place to be when in Patmos! I can’t wait till my next stay in Patmos eye! The ideal place to enjoy all the luxury treats and feel at home!

We spent our holidays in this marvelous villa this August.The location is unique:close to everything but yet away from every noise.The house is huge,very beautiful,full of light,nicely decorated,very “patmian”.The view is breathtaking,we were spending all evenings in our terrace watching the scenery and feeling the atmosphere of Patmos.We would come again,especially for the rich greek breakfast,stylish and yummy,everything homemade and special.Thank you Marietta and Freddy,see you definitely next year!

This was my second time time at Patmos Eye. The service and experience was even better the second time. The service now also includes a good breakfast. The only problem for an elderly person is walking up and down the hill.

Patmos Eye offered us one of the most amazing stays during our wedding week on the island. Our villa was exceptionally furnished tastefully combining island tradition and minimalism. Fabrics were sumptuous (from linens to beach towels) and the entire villa was focused on functional details optimizing our experience to the fullest extent. The hostess (Marietta) demonstrated an exceptional level of customer service making our mornings even better with their traditional homemade breakfast (from traditional pies to freshly baked muffins, you could just ask for whatever you wanted to satisfy your cravings). The spa facilities and the villa's private pool with the stunning island views completed what was a unique experience for us. Planning to visit again soon!

The house was absolutely stunning, the view is incomparable, and the location is perfect.. not too far from the port, but far enough to feel like you are quiet and peaceful. Marietta is a superb host, and does everything to ensure that your stay is perfect. A very high recommend!

We spent 5 nights in this wonderful villa with my family and some friends. I am a frequent traveller and pretty used to make reviews; there is usually always something you can improve or complain for, even when everything is ok. This is not the case, since all here is simply perfect: - amazing view - excellent facilities (the pictures in the web site does not properly reflect the beauty of the place) and furnitures - amazin breakfast: everything is home made - the guests (marietta and freddy) are super: they pay attention to every possible detail. I strongly recommend this place
