Praia Village was built in 2008, a private development located in Vilamoura. Benefitting from a fantastic location; only a 20 minute walk to the world renowned marina which has many restaurants, bars and boutiques for those wanting a busier day! or 15 minutes to a beautiful blue flag beach at Falesia! or a short trip to one of the 5 championship18-hole golf courses in Vilamoura!
The 2 bedroom apartment (sleeping up to 6) with 2 en-suites and 1 bathroom is on the 1st floor (middle) of the complex which is granted access either by lift or stairs. The complex is fully fenced with access through electric gates and has underground car parking. Lovely Apartment
Found the apartment to be much larger than we expected which is welcome surprise. Very clean, very comfy beds and pillows and in a nice quiet location, bit only a 10-15 minute walk down to the marina. We used Uber to go back and forth to though, as they were cheap and very fast to arrive. The apartment is very close to numerous golf courses, we played at don pedro Laguna which was a nice course. The pool and pool area was also very nice. All in all we had a really lovely time in apartment Z and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in booking it in the future.

Grand appartement
Appartement très spacieux et très fonctionnel! Pas de vue côté piscine mais grande terrasse orientée ouest avec beaux couchés de soleil.

Appartement spacieux et parfait
Je recommande vivement cet appartement, il est très spacieux et très bien equipé. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour, nous y avons logé 1 semaine fin Août a cinq avec deux enfants et nous etions ravi. Il y a deux grandes chambre et 3 salles de bain ce qui est parfait pour se préparer rapidement. La piscine est super et il y a des transats prives a l appartement. Le plus est le garage pas besoin de chercher une place de parking. Vraiment tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances
+++ John le propriétaire est très gentil et répond rapidement aux mails
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

An A plus for Apartment Z
My family and I stayed in Apartment Z for 10 days. 2 adults and 2 children with my parents flying out for a week to stay with us. The apartment was more than big enough for us all. I was concerned about only having two bedrooms but the extra bed and sofa bed gave us ample sleeping options. The master bedroom with en suite was huge and with its own access to the balcony, it allowed us to quietly access the balcony at night or in the morning when others had gone to bed. Three bathrooms was amazing!! Every bathroom has a shower. It allowed everyone to wash and get ready quickly in the evenings. Kitchen facilities are great! We used the dishwasher a few times for convenience. There’s a washing machine also. Living/dining area is very Spacious. Plenty of seating for everyone and first class TV with every channel you could ever want available including RTE. We even managed to watch the All Ireland final on the Sunday.
The apartment is located in a very quiet position within the development. We have stayed in Praia many times and this is by far the largest two bedroom apartment available and much more reasonably priced than other rentals in the development.
John was very helpful right from the time of booking and we would happily stay again.

Great Stay in Vilamoura
We stayed in this Apartment for one week in July 2023. The apartment was very comfortable ,spacious ,and safe. Dealing with John was a pleasure with prompt reply's on any requests.it is 10 mins walk to Marina / beach , great pool ,safe and secure for kids. The apartment was very clean with great space with everything required for a relaxing holiday, located in a safe, quite part of Vilamoura with shops etc within a 5 min walk. Would definitely return if back in Vilamoura ,tks John .

Perfect Spacious Apartment!
Stayed here for 3 nights in May. Lovely spacious 2 bed/3 bathroom apartment. Had everything we needed. 15-20 min walk to the marina. 10-15 walk to the nearest shop. 20min walk to lovely beaches.
Nice quiet pool area. Apartment/pool/communal areas very clean and tidy. Nice outlook from the terrace. Great comms with owner. Responds very quickly. Will definitely be going back!

Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment in a great location
The apartment is a 15 minutes walk from the Marina and beach. It is spacious with a large balcony and a shared pool, with plenty of sun loungers for exclusive use. The 3 good bathrooms are a fantastic bonus. Aircon is good when needed. Well equipped for self catering too. Immaculately clean.
John was a great help so no issues accessing the property or getting information.
We will be back

Splendid spacious apartment in a great location!
This apartment is fantastic!! It is modern, very spacious and beautifully maintained, really spacious and has every modern convenience that you need or want!
The bedrooms are large, and there's plenty of space in the 3 single bedroom for three to share. The apartment and complex feels quite secure also, with coded access to lifts and the pool area, and the apartments electronic shutters and additional safety locks give you extra security confidence.
The pool area is fab, plenty of space for sun bathing and the pool itself is large, and very well maintained.
The location is ideal, only 12 minute walk to outskirts of the marina (even with 3 slow walking teenagers in toe) - ideal for popping to the supermarket and pharmacy.
We hired a car but it wasn't really necessary as the beach, shops and restaurants are all within max 20 min walk.
It was mainly couples and families staying in the complex - albeit probably quieter when we stayed here due to the pandemic.
This suited us well and there was no issues with disturbances from late night partiers etc :)
I really can't speak highly enough about the apartment, location!
Booking online was seamless and dealing with the owner a pleasure. We never even had a need to interact with the apartment manager as there were no issues!

Amazing Stay
We stayed at this accommodation for a week. The accommodation was immaculate and spotless. Great ammenties, such as good aircon, lovely spacious balcony,great Wi-Fi,Netflix,washing machine.
The pool was lovely with plenty of available loungers,even in high season. Shops,Marina and beach all within 15-20 minute walk. I would recommend getting the green tourist train from the family mini golf it's 5euro per person for full day use,children under 6 free,it will help you get your bearings,starts at 10am last run at 8pm,closed for lunch.
We got taxi to Continente(Lidl also close to this)and did a big shop at start of week,and used Intermarche, Spar or Jaffers for daily bits.
Great information folder provided in apartment.
John the owner was easy to contact, friendly and replied immediately. We will definitely be back and we wish we could have stayed longer
