With a bright interior and tiled flooring, the open plan living, kitchen and dining area feels modern and homely. The living area features two comfy sofas either side of a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has white cabinets and smooth wooden worktops. Both stylish and functional, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster so you’ll have everything you need for your self-catering staycation. Perfect for entertaining friends and family, the dining area is an island with industrial style leather and metal barstools. Ideally situated in the open plan space, it is a real focal point within the house for socialising. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a double bed and a single bed. Head upstairs and you’ll find the second bedroom which includes two comfy single beds. The rooms have en suites, both of which boast showers, wash basins and WC’s. Outside, the cottage has its own private patio which leads into the central Mediterranean-style courtyard and common areas. The central feature of the courtyard is a 200-year-old Olive tree set in a raised circular flower bed. You’ll find designated private garden areas within the courtyard with private patios surrounded by raised flower beds, each with an abundance of shrubs, seasonal flowers, and palms. Dusk till dawn automated exterior mood lighting to set the scene around the grounds.
