These include the heated outdoor pool, the outdoor hot tub, the fitness center, and a games room with fun activities for everyone. When you arrive, you can park for free in the outdoor parking area. There is valet parking available for an additional charge. There is no smoking allowed on site. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a damage deposit of $50. A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive. At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. LOCAL FAVORITES Rather than spending precious vacation time shopping, use the Publix grocery delivery service to get groceries delivered straight to your door. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of amazing restaurants in the Disney Springs area. We’d recommend Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, which has fantastic comfort food. While the Disney theme parks and Universal Orlando receive most of the press, it’s well worth your while to check out Icon Orlando 360 for an evening. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • ICON Orlando is often overshadowed by the other major theme parks, but it’s a great place to spend an evening • Skip the grocery store and get groceries delivered to you by taking advantage of Publix • Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully-refundable security deposit of $50 • Guests must be a minimum age of 21 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay • A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated.
