Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Caleta, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local Saturday market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool. Leading from the patio which is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco is a spacious sun terrace with stunning ocean & mountain views. With two kingsize and one twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for couples, families or groups with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Fantastic villa
What a fantastic place. We have just returned from a 2 week holiday with the family. I am tempted not to write a review as I don’t want too many people to know about this hidden gem of a villa as would love to stay again.
The house is spacious, the outside space is enormous with a fantastic private pool. We felt so blessed having our own pool especially when we walked past hotels that were jam packed with people and kids and not much space to sunbathe or swim but with this villa it was completely the opposite.
It only took 15 mins walk across the desert if you wanted to go to Caleta or you could take scenic ocean path route which adds another 10 mins but totally worth it. Plus there is restaurants near by if you want to stay local.
The communication in booking this place was brilliant and once we arrived Audrey was amazing and helpful.
Top place for families if you are looking to get away with the family.

Had a fantastic time at Dawn and Rob's villa in furerventura. Great location with supermarket and bars within a few mins walking distance. Large supermarket a short walk and only 3euros to take all the shopping back. There were 6 of us and large enough for us all. Great pool and seating area outside and BBQ . Inside lovely lounge and large flat screen TV with all channels and Netflix great added extra. 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and big enough kitchen. I cooked a few nights either BBQ or kitchen. Nice large fridge and freezer. 30 min walk into the main town with a large selection of restaurants we particularly liked the wild west and Lin's on the front, very reasonable prices. Electric scooters available all over which were fun. Saturday we went to the market in the main town. Really cannot recommend highly enough and the communication between myself and the owners are 5 star plus. Dawn replies very quickly to any questions and once there the property management team were brilliant and on hand.

Muy sucio
La casa y las instalaciones estan genial. Piscina perfecta, casa amplia pero estamos en una situación complicada ahora mismo y estaba todo muy sucio. El primer dia y la mañana siguiente se basó en limpiar y desinfectar toda la casa. Habia restos de comida en la cocina, nevera, suelo. Pelos por toda la casa. Azulejos sucios. Las hamacas de la piscina llenas de tierra, las ventanas de la casa igual. Sucio en general. Deberian de mejorar ese aspecto, no solo por la limpieza minima que deberia de haber en cualquier vivienda vacacional sino por la situacion de alerta actual era inimaginable encontrarnos el sitio asi.

I have only just seen this review due to having very few guests due to Covid. I have no idea who the person who wrote this is and we did not have any guests who left on that date. The guests who stayed a week previous to the dates this person says they stayed (which they didn't) are actually returning guests who are there now as I write this response. There is absolutely no way that we would keep or let the villa in the state this person describes, we have taken Covid and its implications very seriously and have followed all of the safety guidance and rules

Acabo de ver esta reseña debido a que tengo muy pocos invitados debido a Covid. No tengo idea de quién es la persona que escribió esto y no tuvimos invitados que se fueran en esa fecha. Los huéspedes que se quedaron una semana antes de las fechas en que esta persona dice que se quedaron (que no lo hicieron) en realidad son huéspedes que regresan y están allí ahora mientras escribo esta respuesta. No hay absolutamente ninguna forma de que mantengamos o dejemos la villa en el estado que describe esta persona, nos hemos tomado muy en serio a Covid y sus implicaciones y hemos seguido todas las pautas y reglas de seguridad.
Esta revisión es completa y absoluta basura y mentiras.

Lovely relaxing stay
We've just got home from a 2 week family holiday here. The villa is really lovely especially the outside area. The pool is big enough to muck about in and my water baby teenage daughter loved it. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it was big enough for our family of 5 and we all commented how comfortable the beds were. It could use a little revamp in the bathrooms with new grout and sealant as it's looking black in places and perhaps new shower curtains as they are also showing mould. The Wifi was decent, we all managed to get online most of the time in the lounge and watched Netflix and Amazon Prime easily. This is very important with a couple of teenagers :-). As previous reviews have said it's a shame the area was affected by the economic crash as there are lots of empty villas/apartments, unfinished buildings and waste land. We walked over to Caleta often and it would take 20-25mins, it's a beautiful walk and there is the added bonus of feeding the Chipmunks who all come up to you and eat out of your hand.The supermarkets in the resort are adequate for day to day provisions but we also walked to the Mercadona which took 20mins and has everything you need at very reasonable prices and there is a taxi rank outside so you can cab back for 5euros. Benny's was popular with our kids and Bombay and Burritos was very good. My favourite restaurant was Fado Rocks in Caleta, book ahead and ask for an outside table as you have to queue to get in. The food was delicious and staff very efficient and friendly. Finally dealing with Dawn was an absolute pleasure, she is a really good owner to correspond with.

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Gegend
Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, mieteten die Villa für 10 Tage. Nach kurzem Suchen der Adresse, Dawn hat uns dabei sofort geholfen, sind wir angekommen und alles war bereit. Der Pool, die Betten. Das war sehr angenehm.
Es hat kleine Läden in der Nähe, um einzukaufen und auch einen grossen Supermarkt etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wie schon jemand geschrieben hat, sind in der Gegend ziemlich viele Immobilien, welche seit der Krise nicht fertig gebaut wurden. Gewisse werden jetzt aber fertig gestellt. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und danke Dawn für die gute Kommunikation. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nice break
The villa is in a quiet location which is mainly residential. We had a comfortable stay in the accommodation which has a nice private outside area and a roof terrace. There is also a pool but it was too cold to go in this. There are 3 bedrooms, one en-suite, a family bathroom, kitchen and a seating area with a dining table. We bought a voucher to use the WiFi but bear in mind that outside weather conditions can affect both this and the tv signal. We lost 2 days of WiFi due to cloud and heavy rain and the tv lost its signal, although when it did have one we only found one channel to watch. There are a few pubs and eateries nearby but there is much more choice in Caleta de Fueste which is only a 20 minute walk away if you cut across the waste ground at the back of the villa. A more scenic route to take would be along the seafront which probably takes about 45 minutes. There are a couple of local supermarkets nearby but they don’t stock fresh meat or much in the way of fruit and veg. There is a Mercadona about a mile away and we found a quicker route than walking by road. A van also comes round with 10 litre containers of water on a Tuesday so it is good to catch him if you are about. We used the villa as a base to walk to different places. We walked to Puerto del Rosario but this isn’t for the faint hearted as it takes about 2 1/2 hours each way. There is also a beach near the airport where it is nice to sit and watch the sea and in the other direction, beyond Caleta de Fueste is the Salt Museum and a few beaches further on. If you are after the high life this place isn’t for you but if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday away from it all it will this will suite you. I got the general feeling that this is a resort which suffered from the crash and never really took off again as there are lots of abandoned building projects and villas about. There is also a deserted water park but this didn’t put us off and we still enjoyed our stay although the weather could have been better,

apologies for the delay in my response. Many thanks for taking the time to write a lovely review the opinions of our guests mean a lot to us. Since your stay we have had Movistar broadband fitted which means that you no longer have to buy vouchers for Canary net. Wifi is included for no extra charge. We haven't yet sorted a TV package yet for UK Tv but do now have Netflix which means that there are plenty of series, films, childrens channels to watch.

the perfect holiday
what a lovely villa very spacious like a home from home garden is a suntrap and pool is great when you want to cool down from the heat of the sun,great location bars and restaurants around the road which we visited a couple of times we spent most evenings going into Caleta De Fuste which only cost 4 euros each way. by taxi,we had a hire car but not needed only for trips to other parts of the island in the day times oasis park was excellent there are too many places you can go from this location, the sand dunes are a must visit which takes 40-45 mins by car or you can catch a bus which is cheap, but back to the villa it had everything needed for a perfect stay ideal for children as all closed in we felt very safe and secure and it was quiet and very relaxing and sitting in the rear garden watching the sun go down over the mountains is amazing even chipmonks at the rear of the villa on the bit of waste ground we fed them daily but all in all we had a superb holiday in this villa and won,t hesitate to book it again, dawn is very helpful if you have a problem she was always there to help by phone or email so outstanding service all round

Relaxing, comfortable villa
It was the perfect holiday for me, a lovely villa with plenty of space for the family. It had several restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk. The garden area and pool were just what I wanted, to either laze in the pool or sit back in the sun and read. Only a short drive to Calete de fuste for the obligatory visit to a market. All in all the ideal relaxing holiday.

Peaceful
Thanks to Dawn and Rob for allowing us into their holiday home. Beautiful private garden with swimming pool what more do you need. So local to pubs restaurants and shops. We had a delightful stay thank you and only a ten minute taxi ride to the airport. Would recommend this to any of my friends

BON RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX
La villa correspond à nos attente, la clim est un peu vieille mais contrairement à ce que je pensais nous n'ont n'avons pas eu besoin, car les nuits sont fraîches.
Les points fort:
- Bien placé et il y a tt à proximité
- il ne manque rien dans la villa,
- Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour , le garage n'est pas accèssible (attention prévoir petite voiture).
Les points faible:
- Un variante entre le prix proposé sur le site qui sauf erreur de ma part correspond à la caution, mais qui ne m'a jamais été rendu.
- Une différence entre le prix indiqué en €, un paiement en £ qui vous fait payé un peu plus chère.
- sur une semaine une variante de 70 euros qui n'est au final ni un problème de change , ni un problème de une caution mais que vous e retrouverez pas....
- Internet est payant
Cela mis à part, les propriétaires sont disponible si besoin par téléphone,

Malheureusement, nous ne gérons pas l'argent versé, car c'est quelque chose que Holiday Lettings / Trip Advisor organise, nous recevons juste un paiement quelques jours après l'arrivée des invités.
