Almost all the rooms are arranged between the first and second floors. We have only one room on the ground floor. ATTENTION THE VARIOUS APARTMENTS ARE OPEN ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE BOOKED, OTHERWISE THEY ARE CLOSED. PLEASE ENTER THE EXACT NUMBER OF PEOPLE. EXTRA CHARGES. - SANITATION AND INITIAL LINEN NOT INCLUDED, PAYABLE AT CHECK IN € 650 CASH. VILLA MUST BE LEFT TIDY AT CHECK OUT order required: - dishes washed and stored in spaces, - dirty linens ( sheets and towels) stored on the ground floor - refrigerator and freezer empty - the house must be free of garbage, which must be taken to the appropriate containers outside If, upon check out, the final required order is not met, there will be an additional fee to be paid in cash of €400. air conditioning/heating - SUMMER ignition from June 30 until August 30, max allowed 25° - WINTER ignition from Nov. 8 until April 7, max allowed 19° Temperatures will be monitored by a technician, either on-site or directly remotely. (no need to lower or raise thermostats). WI FI Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in open country, connectivity may not be 100% functional ( so far it has happened rarely and only in bad weather). The non-functionality of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state. - POOL OPENING MAY 20 / 30. - POOL CLOSURE SEPTEMBER 20 / 30 It is possible to request early opening of the pool by paying extra) The delivery of identity documents of all guests present is mandatory, for reporting guests to the police headquarters of territorial competence. The villa does not offer services of any kind but you can turn to neighboring businesses for - Cooking - Pizza making - Housekeeping during your stay - Boat tours (sunset aperitifs or sport fishing) - Meal delivery service - Wood for fireplace - Baby sitter in Italian language - Personal interpreter and translator - Outdoor gazebo and furniture for special events.
