This is close to beautiful Little Cove and Main Beach, fantastic restaurants and boutique shopping on iconic Hasting Street and the world renowned Noosa National Park. The townhouse has several private paved courtyards/outdoor entertaining areas which is complemented by the surrounding acre of landscaped grounds with a lovely pool, sun-lounger, outdoor 2 seater couch, chair with 4 outdoor cushions, and a communal gas barbecue area available for all guests. Downstairs features an open plan tiled floor kitchen, dining and lounge areas--with air conditioning and ceiling fans -- flowing directly onto one of the outdoor entertaining area, fully surrounded by security screens & windows. It also offers Smart TV and DVD player with free internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with Bosch European appliances, a full dishwasher, Caesarstone bench tops, electric cook top, oven, newly purchased Panasosic microwave, and Cuisinart kettle which provides guests with an option to prepare meals from this home away from home or to dine out at one of the restaurants nearby. Upstairs has two spacious airconditioned bedrooms with large balcony leading from the Master Bedroom and you will find a small timber table in the landing area. Each Bedroom each has queen sized beds & plush mattresses. The bathroom downstairs has large spa bath whilst shower in upstairs bathroom. Other features include access to the communal in-ground swimming pool plus a single lock up garage, which includes a clothesline, and a car park adjacent to the unit. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm. This property has upgraded interconnected fire alarms.
