The Beach Pad is the only property in the Sandy Beach area that has solar and a commercial grade generator, 2 backup sources of power, in an effort to ensure our guests’ comfort during the frequent power outages in Puntas. - Option of 1 King or 2 Twin XL beds - Sofa Sleeper - Queen bed - 12ft ceilings - Fresh linens - Bath towels - Coffee maker - Puerto Rican coffee - Microwave - Hot Plate / Burner - Pots & pans, plates, and utensils - Beach towels - Beach chairs - Cooler - Yoga mats - Outdoor shower - Roof top deck - Charcoal BBQ grill on rooftop (charcoal not provided) Contact us about monthly rates and long-term discounts. Guest Access: - We use a keyless entry system and provide you with an access code prior to arrival. This allows our guests to arrive at their leisure after check in time of 3pm. - 1 reserved parking space is provided with your stay. - All guests have access to the rooftop deck. - A digital guidebook with local recommendations for rentals, restaurants, day trips and more is provided before arrival to help you plan your trip. - All guests at The Beach Pad have access to our consistent 5-star customer service. Other Details to Note: COVID Update: Those visiting Puerto Rico should review the local measures in place, developed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC), such as social distancing, mandatory face coverings in public areas, and mandates for businesses. Travelers entering the island may have to provide the following forms upon arrival: a Travel Declaration Form, a vaccination card, or negative PCR molecular or antigen COVID-19 test results. We have always been committed to providing the highest standard of cleanliness at The Beach Pad. During this pandemic, we have implemented an even more stringent cleaning protocol, above and beyond CDC recommendations, created by our owner who has more than 20 years of experience in occupational health and safety. Our new cleaning protocol includes, but is not limited to: masks worn by cleaning staff, hand sanitizer provided in every room, and additional sterilization of high-touch areas like door knobs and handles. Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests, staff and community. Noise level warning: The Beach Pad is a 5 unit vacation rental property surrounded by restaurants, shops, and bars in the center of Puntas. It is conveniently located and during high season (Dec-April) and holiday weekends you may hear live bands or DJs until midnight on weekdays and much later on weekends. All other times of the year you will find it to be much quieter. If you are looking for an extremely quiet, away from it all location, this may not be your best choice. From August through October some restaurants and bars close for the season or have limited hours. There are still plenty of restaurants open year-round and you can always check with us, or your digital guidebook to find out what is open!

The Beach Pad Two Thumbs Up
We had a great time during our week long stay in Rincón. The accommodations at The Beach Pad were great. We stayed in the Pulpo Loco room and it was very very. They made the entire process very easy. The guest guide they provided was very helpful. Full of lots of great info. I would definitely recommend a stay at The Beach Pad.

Excellent Accommodations
Very well equipped, thoughtfully supplied, beach umbrella and chairs, cooler, good coffee, fridge, cook top, pots and pans, very comfortable. Short walk to Sandy Beach, Jakes Java, Jacks Shack. Big Kahuna next door.

Wonderful stay in Rincon!
We had a 2 night stay in Rincon. We had a wonderful time and stayed at the Beach Pads Pulpo Loco loft. The loft is completely equipped, everything brand spanking new with a great outdoor deck with awesome views. Its walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes. And of course steps from Sandy beach. I strongly recommend staying at any of the Beach Pads lofts, Alan and Eileen were excellent hosts. Will definitely come back for another stay!!
