AWESOME
The apartment is perfect, it has what a holiday needs! The shower is so great! Is a bit humid but with opening the window it's not a prob. The heating works very well. The apartment is very near to the city centre (4 tram stops/10min) which is very important to see the city without wasting too much time! Dennis is very kind and generous. I really appreciate him and also the flat. Good price too! I would recommend it to everyone..

A good choice
My friend and I stayed in this apartment for a week the middle of June. Dennis, the owner was friendly and very helpful, both in providing excellent directions (via email) from the airport to the apartment and also in taking the time to familiarize us with the apartment. On the last day, Dennis and his daughter arrived at 7:15 a.m, as promised, returned our 100 euro security deposit and even drove us to the metro station.
The apartment is small but was perfect for me and my friend. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hot plate, mini-fridge, coffee maker, kettle, cleaning supplies and ample dishes/cutlery and pots and pans. The shower is great- nice and big with good water pressure and temperature. The toilet and sink are in a small separate room. There is a tiny sink and a shelf directly above the sink which required a difficult, albeit not impossible manoeuver when brushing your teeth.
I found the double bed very comfortable but my friend found the sofa bed not as comfortable. There were no sheets (only blankets) for the sofa bed but I'm sure if we had asked Dennis to provide some, he would have done so. Wifi connection was great.
We really liked staying in the Zizkov area as it was away from the tourist zone but close enough to walk everywhere- 10 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to Wenceslas Square and under 30 minutes to Old Town. We found the apartment quiet at night and loved the streets in Zizkov. There are also lots of good, inexpensive restaurants close to the apartment. The TV tower makes a great landmark for finding your way home at night.
I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone that likes to walk and doesn't want to pay the high prices right in the centre of town. This apartment is such a bargain at only 43,50 euros per night. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Prague (which by the way is an incredibly beautiful city!).

Bonjour,
du bon et du moins bon avec cet appartement.
Bien placé, dans un quartier sympa.
Par contre, accueil moyen du proprio qui a oublié de nous dire bonjour (mais pas de nous réclamer les 100€ de caution en liquide, à peine rentrés dans l'appart).
Pas de salle de bain à proprement parlé: le miroir et le lavabo (minuscule) étaient à côté du cabinet de toilette dans moins de 2 m2.

As far as I know and based on other reviews I have always been polite and helpful. I speak English and Czech.
A 100 EUR damage deposit is standard. We return the deposit in person upon check-out. Since this guest was leaving at 4:00 am in the morning, we did an early check-out at 8:00 pm at which time we returned the 100 EUR damage deposit.
I do not visit the apartment while guests are staying in it so I don't understand the phrase "barely returned to the apartment".
Yes the toilet is small but the shower is separate and good size. The overall apartment is a good size as per other reviews. It's an old building that's been renovated. Bigger apartments are available at a higher price.

Essenziale, ma comodissimo al centro...
Si tratta di un monolocale luminoso, con un'ottima e grande doccia e molto comodo al centro della città. Praga è una città bellissima e t'invoglia a visitarla in tutti gli angoli nascosti... che cosa serve al rientro se non una doccia ben funzionante e un buon letto per riposare e prepararsi al giorno successivo? Il monolacale è essenziale, ma nel giusto rapporto qualità e prezzo. Buona vacanza a Praga!

Excellent apartment, perfect for our week long stay
This apartment felt a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. The shower especially is larger than it looks. The location is fairly good. We walked to Stare Mesto and Nove Mesto. For anything further west we took the A line metro from Jihiro z Podebrad station (a five/ten minute walk). The apartment stayed lovely and cool during the day despite the 36 degree heat!!
Despite the heat we managed plenty of sightseeing and had a lovely day out at a local swimming lake out to the south east (a short walk from the third from last stop of the 26 tram).
Mrs Boleslav was very helpful and arrived early on the day that we had to leave which was extremely helpful because we had a plane to catch. All in all, a fantastic stay!

Great value and a good location!
Everything was as advertised, what you see in the pictures is what you'll get. Dennis was very helpful and the location was better than I could have imagined. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The trams and metro were also easily reachable. Prague public transport is very handy indeed. You could reach all the major locations in the city fast and easy. There was a 100€ damage deposit on arrival and we received it back when we left. Overall great place to stay!

Great stay! Great apartment! Great location!
This apartment was perfect, and was on a quiet street. It's an easy walk to the tram stop, and a short distance to a local grocery store. When I am back in Prague, I hope to stay here again.

Good value close to transport to the main sights
Two parents and a 11 year old boy stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. Dennis met us on arrival and the apartment was as advertised. We payed the pre mentioned 100 euros deposit and received it back without any problems when we left. Dennis and his wife were very helpful. It worked out OK with the 3 of us but it is better suited for a couple but it was a good option for us being a bedsit/studio with a separate toilet and shower. We could walk to Charles Bridge in about 30min very directly or catch a tram nearby or the subway about 10min away. The wi fi connection was great.
We would definitely recommend it. The only potential issue was the building next door was being renovated but this didn't cause concern for us.

Very comfortable, well-maintained apartment in a convenient location
I stayed in the TV tower apartment for a week in August and found it to be perfect for my needs. The description and photographs are accurate, and in fact the photos perhaps do not do the space justice - with high ceilings throughout it feels spacious and airy. All the essentials were excellent - a large comfy bed, a tiled shower room with plenty of hot water, and fast wi-fi.
The Zizkov area itself is charming and bohemian, with plenty of decent bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walk. Trams running every five minutes into central Prague are a two minute walk from the door, and a metro station is also close by.
Dennis, the owner speaks excellent English and is friendly and personable. He was kind enough to show me around the area when I arrived, and I felt like he put in a lot of effort to ensure I enjoyed my stay. As mentioned by previous reviewers there is a damage deposit (100 euros), which was returned to me in full on the day I left by Dennis and his wife.
Overall, I found the apartment to be fantastic value, comfortable and well-located. If I were to visit Prague again in future I would certainly rebook.

Handy location, very reasonable price
We were two women staying in the studio. The studio is a very budget choice and we had a nice stay there for 7 nights. The studio is only two tram stops away from the main train station, so it's handy if you do day trips to other places in Czech by train. And you can take tram to the city centre. The tram stop is just 5 mins walk away. If you want to take metro, you can walk for about 15 mins to the metro station, walk towards the TV Tower then you would not get lost. You need to take transport to town centre but it's very very handy. The area is in Prague 3, a bit of uphill walking from the tram station. It's a residential area but there is a pub very nearby so a bit noisy night time but it's bearable. The studio itself is spacious and clean enough. The studio uses boiler for hot water, so be ware not to use too much for one go if you are sharing with your friends. There is towel provided but no hair-dyer. Wifi is very fast. We need to clean the kitchen utensil before we use them. And the microwave is only OK clean.
Dennis the owner is very helpful and accommodating as we need to leave early and he was fine with it.
Direction from airport: Take the airport bus to main train station (60CZK) then take any tram at the tram station to Lipanska. When you get off, turn left to the church, walk uphill a bit, take a right then a left. We lost a bit (as we are very poor with directions) and Dennis came down to the church to show us the way.

The apartment is generally very quiet even with the windows open. In the somertime there can be some noise from people walking by but there is no pub next to the apartment.
We clean the apartment thoroughly but It's possible that some utensils had water stains on them. We now ensure all utensils are dry when put away.
The microwave oven was older and scratched up a bit on the inside but not dirty. We have already replaced it with a new microwave.
We have provided a hairdryer (if we had been asked we would have provided one right away).
