Best location
Very nice apartment, best location, very clean,best view of the river. It will be good if we knew that it was only one medium size towel per person so we could have bring some with us. The pillows were not very nice too, otherwise very good property. Highly recommend

Lovely view and comfortable apartment
We were a couple staying 5 nights in mid September. Weather was comfortably warm so no need for either heating or aircon. Lovely view of the Danube and central enough to walk to the city centre, but metro lines right outside if needed. Good cooking facilities in the apartment gave us flexibility for when we just wanted a snack. It's so easy to over indulge in Budapest..! Well appointed kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, etc. Plenty of spare bedding, towels, etc. Apartment was clean. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

Excellent apartment in Budapest - great location with amazing views of Danube!
We stayed here for one week in August 2019, on our visit Budapest. I would highly recommend this apartment for visitors to the city. The apartment is located on the river bank, in the new part of the City, with amazing views of the Danube and old Budapest. The location is within walking distance of all the main sights particularly the Gellert thermal baths, which we visited daily. The apartment itself is modern and clean. It is spacious, wth all modern appliances and furniture. Great value for money, check-in and check-out was very straightforward, and we would definitely stay again when we return.

Superior Danube View city centre Apartment
We recently had a splendid holiday at this perfectly located city centre apartment. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The views from the apartment were stunning. From the large living room window, the incredible view of the Danube by night was breathtaking and a truly long-lasting memory.

Wonderful location.
Excellent spot overlooking the Danube and Buda. Tram right outside (free for us over-65s!). Cafes, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, well-appointed apartment. Great service from Abris (taxi, help and advice). Just a few minor quibbles. Sometimes a bit noisy at night with trams (and grinder cars in the early hours), cars and river traffic, but that's the price of the view. And the TV was so high on the wall, it was impossible to watch, so we watched everything going on out of the window instead! Also, could do with a new, more comfortable sofa. But all in all a great experience, and would recommend.

Perfect location and comfortable beds!
I can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment! The location cannot be more central or closer to all the transit lines. The view out the window is spectacular! The apartment itself is bigger than I expected and the bed was extremely comfortable! I am very picky about the comfort level of my bed and this exceeded my expectation! The kitchen is well-stocked with all the appliances and dishware that you need. They have everything from an ironing board to a washing machine with the laundry soap. We were there on a couple of days that were very hot. The apartment does get warm but the air conditioning keeps it comfortable. I like to sleep with it rather cool and between the air conditioning and a fan in the bedroom we slept perfectly! The owner and the local person that helps manage the apartment were very fast to respond to any questions or needs that we had. The local person even helped us arrange for a taxi service when we left. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing view
Arrived late at night and met by Abris who was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. (The laundry drying in hallway was a bit strange to see)
There was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom which I guess was from the drains so not a lot you could do about that. The apartment is in a lovely old building and in a perfect spot with amazing views of the river. We spent a lot of time looking at the view and watching the river cruises coming and going. A few points to mention , the pillows were not very comfortable, the bedside tables were about 1.5 meters high so couldn't use them when in bed, the window between bathroom and bedroom was a bit annoying if you needed to use it in the night as the light from the bathroom was a bit bright. Also toilet seat very squeaky. Apart from that we had a very enjoyable time.

Perfect appartement!
Please all stay away from this lovely appartment so that it will be free next time I go to Budapest;-)
I'm spoiled forever, it was the best place I was in Budapest so far. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed very good, and I can't say anything else from the view as; magnificent!
Very good location, you can walk everywhere and also public transport easy to find.

Perfect location for a visit to Budapest
The apartment was lovely with all the amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. We enjoyed beautiful views of the Danube River and the Elizabeth bridge and could walk to many of the key sights. We were also close to shopping centres and local grocery stores. Highly recommend this apartment!

Great apartment in fantastic location
As both my husband and myself are in our late seventies we wanted accommodation in a central location and this apartment certainly gave us that. It was in a great location with easy access to public transport well within walking distance. The apartment was absolutely ideal for the two of us, not sure we could have lived with four of us being in there though, it had everything we needed for our stay and was very warm and cosy. The views from the window were fantastic, day and night there was always something different to see. We would love to go back to Budapest in either Spring or Autumn as this time, due to the weather and the time of year, we kept pretty much around the immediate area as the Christmassy atmosphere was lovely but there is so much more to see and do and we would definitely not hesitate to use the apartment again. Anne's information notes were very precise and very helpful. Thank you Anne for a very enjoyable stay.
