A very nice and spacious apartment, fully equipped. About a 10 minute walk to the Centro area where there are plenty of bars/cafes. A choice of terraces to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or tea and an evening glass of wine. Neil, the manager, was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond if you had any queries.

This was our second time in this great apartment. We love the location - an easy half hour from Faro airport. The accommodation is stylish and comfortable, parking is easy and it's great having a lift to the front door. The peaceful roof garden is a real bonus - loved sitting out there in the warm evenings especially. Atmospheric Tavira is only a stroll away and the apartment is only 10 minutes walk from one of the best restaurants and best kept secrets on the coast - we'd never have found it except it came highly recommended by the owner. Another great holiday!

This apartment was a great find; very peaceful and nice feel in the sunny space. Even though we stayed for several months, we did not hire a car during our stay, as there is a train service a few minutes walk away which takes you to Faro direction opposite direction goes to Vila Real and catch the ferry to the charming town of Ayamonte, in Spain. We enjoyed the many local restaurants, the Irish Pub on the river and we discovered some great cafes and bakeries. We also would recommend a visit to the National Park near Olheo, also the great food market, which happens each Saturday morning. Seville in Spain and the capital city Lisbon being nearby, allowed us to easily enjoy two Iberian cities, spectacular coast and fantastic blue flag beaches all in one holiday. Seville is drivable in one hour, but we choose to travel by coach and we caught the train to Lisbon. It was nice to return from our travels to the sanctuary of the apartment. Margaret was quick to respond to any queries, and Neil, Manager lived locally and was always on hand if needed We would highly recommend and hope to return. 5 Stars

Lovely place, gorgeous high spec furniture, nice calm, quiet and pleasant estate. Loved watching the bats in the evening from the verander, Great town, beautiful beaches, fabulous weather, great restaurants. Perfectly located to explore the area. Car parking always easy. Margaret and Neil were brilliant and responsive throughout the booking process and the stay. The roof garden was lovely but roasting hot while we were there so we didn't really use it. Only issue we had was crossing the N125 to get into town. It is a fast and busy road without safe crossing points. May be an issue for parents with young children.

I would recommend for a totally relaxing holiday, there are nice cafes and restaurants nearby and a nice private roof terrace. Approximately 30 minutes drive from the airport.

This modern apartment is very suitable for a long term stay (we were there for 5 weeks i Feb/March)). The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood which is within an easy walking distance to the town centre. There is a good choice of restaurants and shops to walk to, as is an east/west train stop.. A car is needed for runs to the supermarkets and to get to the beaches. We had a lot of rain and cool weather so it was nice to have comfortable and bright accommodation. The appliances are all new and included a dishwasher and clothes washer. This small city is a very relaxed place with no apparent safety concerns for visitors. There was a good selections of cultural and sports events to participate in and a good number of interesting destinations for day trips. In good weather the roof garden would be very pleasant.

The location is amazing, and most importantly near a great restaurant and coffee shop. We loved the spacious feel of this very tasteful and modern apartment. Margaret, the owner was very responsive and sent us lots of very usefuly information which described the surrounding area very well. We had our meals on on the large balcony off the kitchen most days and also enjoyed sunning ourselves on the great roof terrace. We will be back as we felt very relaxed in this apartment.

We stayed in this lovely modern apartment that was equipped with everything you could need. It was very spacious with a big balcony to sit out on too! Leah the girl who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. We had our 6 month baby with us and the owner left the cot all ready for us with blanket and teddy and bibs which was a lovely touch and our LO loved it .... also there is lift up to apartment which is great when you have a stroller and luggage. It's a nice walk into centre of Tavira but we got taxi back with baby when got too warm. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Had a very enjoyable holiday in this fabulously appointed apartment-highly recommended . Used the local rail station- Porta Nova- to get to Fuseta and Cabanas. The beaches at both are excellent
