This ground-floor studio is equipped with a split unit air-conditioner, overhead fan, queen bed, chest of drawers, closet, digital TV, sofa, dining table with chairs, large refrigerator, microwave, cabinet with dinnerware, private bathroom with shower, and a 5-gallon purified drinking water.
It is located 5 miles from the International Airport and 5 miles from downtown Belize City, so it is close enough to be near City life but with the peace to relax and unwind! So come relax and take that breathtaking Caribbean Sea View photo from your door or the Sea View Overwater Deck!
A 40'x16' Infinity Pool with Overwater Deck, Poolside Terrace, and picnic tables and chairs are available onsite for your enjoyment!

ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY: TURN OFF ALL Lights, Fan, and Air Conditioner when not in use and when leaving the unit. This will avoid our Housekeeper or Front Desk from having to turn them off.
NO SMOKING POLICY: DO NOT SMOKE in the unit, only in the Yard, Pool Decks or outside.
Failure to adhere will result in a US$150 FINE deducted from your Damage Deposit to cover the cost of restoring the unit back to its smoke-free condition.
EXTRA GUEST: 6+ years old is allowed at US$25 on the 7ft sofa
