Nice clean resort, great comfortable room
Very easily booked & the owner Peter is very fast to respond & very helpful with ideas for places to visit & see
I have stayed here a few times now & it never disappoints
The complex/resort is very well maintained neat & tidy as if new
Perfect sized room overlooking the pool with private balcony, well appointed modern apartment, with TV, DVD, free WiFi & a big DVD collection for when it was raining, which sadly it was when I visited in November/December
The complex restaurant is now closed which is a little sad, but many local eateries within a short walk
Looking forward to returning again

Great location for getting around island and excellent value for money.
This is a lovely studio apartment that has everything you need. I was a little unsure whether we would be able to spend time around the pool as there were only 6 sun loungers but this did not prove to be a problem - they were always available when we wanted to use them. Apartment was great value for money. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but there are a couple of great restaurants within a short walk. It was great for getting about - a short walk to the main drag and you can get a tuck-tuck to Chong Mon or Fishetmans Village for the equivalent of 2 - 3 pounds. Big Buddha and Ban Rak is 20 minute walk and there is a temple within a 5 minute walk. Owner very helpful -was in touch from moment of booking and even during our stay.

Appartement tres bruyant surtout la nuit avec le ramassage des ordures et du verre qui se passe sous la porte d'entrée
autour de la piscine le soir les russes dinent ensemble entre 15 à 20 personnes et 8 enfants en bas age,en fin de soirée comme ils ont bu comme des trous ils se sont memes battus entre eux un soir
Dans l'appartement une table de 51 cm de diametre pour prendre les repas!!!
donc nous avons pris nos repas pendant un mois assis sur le canape avec des taches de peinture nous avons mangé sur la table du salon,pour un appartement à ce prix nous aurions du avoir un meilleur srevice
impossible d'invité des amis,manque d'assiéte de plat enfin pas grand matériel à disposition.c'est la 9 fois que nous allons en Thailande et au prix de location de cet appartement il devient moins cher d'aller à l'hotel,nous avons fait les comparaisons,il faut savoir que dans la résidences les loyers sont différents,il faut négocier

Perfect choice for a trip to Koh Samui
My wife and I stayed here for a week during March 2017 as part of a longer journey around southeast Asia. Whilst our other stops were often a handful of days or less, we stayed at this apartment in Koh Samui for a week to relax and regroup - we made the perfect choice.
The owner is friendly, attentive and well organised. Although I have never met him in person he provided a lot of useful information about the area and how to find the apartment in advance which was useful. He also made provisions to ensure the facility management were aware of our arrival and departure times given some of them were slightly outside of core hours.
The apartment itself is extremely well fitted and has all of the necessary supplies. The kitchen area is well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and a few other useful bits and pieces. The bedroom area and living area are spacious and provide plenty of space to break out into if staying around the apartment through the day. There is also a nice sized balcony with table, chairs and (usefully) a clothes airer. The flat is very tidy and all of the fittings are in good condition. It has all the hallmarks of having been lived in by the owner (don't know if that is true or not).
The facilities as a whole are similarly good, through there are perhaps one or two shortfalls. The pool area is cosy - just big enough to enjoy without feeling cramped. The restaurant has a good menu and the food is generally very nice. I'd say that the two weaknesses here are 1.) the gym equipment is dated and some of it doesn't work (either properly or at all) and 2.) the reception staff, though friendly, depend heavily on the manager (who is very good) and know how to do little themselves. I should elaborate on point #2 as it is a sensitive area. The manager is well organised and can help you with everything, however we found - particularly on his day off - the supporting staff are fairly helpless. They didn't know basic things like whether we can print our boarding passes, what the cleaning arrangements are for the room, couldn't get access to 10 baht coins for the washing machine etc. All was sorted in 10 minutes when the manager came later in the day.
Location-wise, the apartment is well situated with 3-4 eateries on the same street only a short (<5 minutes) walk away. There are also a few handy shops just a bit further down the road (~10 minutes walk). In terms of "things to do", two of the main sightseeing spots are within walking distance - the big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem (a temple complex). For beaches and nightlife its necessary to take a short ride away from the complex - either by car or bike.
Overall, I think this is an excellent choice for those staying in Koh Samui. The location is good, the resort similarly too and the apartment is pretty much faultless.

Lovely oasis of peace and comfort.
Perfect fully equipped condo within walking distance of major attractions (Big Bhudda, Wat Plai Laem, and the ferries from Bang Rak pier.) The location of Apt. B5 is one of the best in the complex, with a nice view over the pool from the balcony.
Peter, the condos owner,was great from first contact, with lots of helpful info and quick responses. We would definitly stay here again.

Samui Emerald Apartment B5
My husband and i had spent the month of August in Samui Emerald Apartment B 5 , it was lovely ,clean the staff is really helpful , its on the first floor overlooking the pool. We had a very relaxing holiday , its locate in a quite part of Samui,you do need a car or a scooter but that was okay for us . We tried different restaurants or we could order any food at the restaurant in resort , very nice Thai food very good service. If going back to Samui ,I will use the some apartment again,

What a lovely appartment!
The appartment is first class and exceptional value for money. The staff are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. It's about 10 mins from chewang on a bike ( which staff sorted out) food is really good, the whole complex is clean as a whistle. 7-11 just down the road...it's a lovely home away from home. But I must say, the whole booking process is made so simple by Peter, the owner. He advises you and answers any questions promptly. This place is luxury at a very affordable rate. I am going to return (as soon as possible). I haven't got a bad word to say about it, from booking with Peter, to the day I left...which I was gutted to do. So clean, so friendly, highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I would visit again!
I rented Peters apartment just a few weeks ago and i am more than satisfied. The apartment is in great shape and i believe its located perfectly between Fishermans Village and Chaweng which was were we spent most of our time. If you want a more quiet stay you have Plai Laem just 200 meters from the apartment where you can find a _very_ quiet and secluded beach, here we spent whole days alone when everyone else had fled to bigger beaches like Chaweng or Choeng Mon
Here we found a stretch of beach that was about 40meters long, that we could only describe as paradise. Rent a scooter and see all the touristy attractions on Samui. The Condotel complex was beautiful and very calm, your own pool and sun-bathing areas which was not at all crowded by the other tenants of the condotel. After 20.00 its dead quiet in the area and you can find peace and quiet on the balcony of the apartment, go down to take a cooling swim in the pool late at night was very nice after being out and about around Samui.
The apartment has a nice set of information broscheurs handy for your reading. If you want to stay in for a day there are a set of DVDs and a flat-screen to be used. The internet at the condotel was surprisingly good and free.
After 20.00 the area to the condodel is locked and managed buy a all-night-guard that will patrol the area and also managed the gate if you arrive during the night, which is a re-assurance that the area will stay calm and that there arent any trespassers.
I will give my highest recommendations to Peter and his apartment. Peter also sends a lot of information before your stay with tips for your stay on the island.
We had a wonderful time and will surely come back for another stay

Enjoyed our stay very much!
We Very much enjoyed our 4 week stay over the Christmas holidays. The staff were very friendly and helped book all our day trips. The resturaunt / bar at the hotel was nice.It was great if you did not want to venture out for a meal or cook something yourself. The pool was nice and quiet perfect for relaxing.

Great Holiday Apartment
Lovely apartment set in a quiet relaxing area of Ko Samui, but only a few minutes to the main areas & tourist attractions
Everything about the apartment was excellent, great size room, modern décor, balcony overlooking the pool & gardens, TV/DVD WiFi fully fitted compact kitchen, big fridge/freezer which is great, everything well kept & clean & that goes for the whole complex
