Cet appartement est éloigné du centre de Pattaya. Si vous n'avez pas de véhicule, vous êtes obligés de prendre en permanence le taxi (quand ils acceptent de vous emmener au centre ville étant donné le trafic) pour les hypermarchés ou le centre. L'environnement est loin d'être ydillique vous êtes entourés de chantiers et de grues. La plage est à 5 mn à pied avec un escalier assez difficile. Quant à l'appartement il est très mal équipé, juste le strict minimum, même pas un balai. 2 serviettes pour tout votre séjour, les mêmes draps,aucun ménage effectué pendant votre séjour. Quant à la magnifique télé, juste des chaines Thai.
La piscine sur le toit est superbe.

Thank you for you review. I believe that you enjoyed your stay in our apartment. We are sorry for small things like missing glass or forks in the kitchen. After your notice we would provide them asap. Sometimes previous guest broke the glass or other kitchen stuff and in high season when we have guest coming and leaving we could miss that. Sorry again for that.
I am looking to see you in the future again.

What a Dive, DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE
We booked on line a of course went by the pictures and the room was nothing like the pictures. Couch in living room is so worn out you cant even sit on it. The mattress in the room we got was like just spring. How can they expect people to sleep on it for 1 month. I assumed the room I would be getting is the one showed on the pictures which every other place I rented it was exactly as shown. To me they miss represent themselves. Please people take my advice and do not book with this company. The "sea view was of a parking lot and some rusty metal roofs and the power plant. The pool the roof hangs over so you would never get any sun. Tried to get my money back but of coarse they said they could not and said they have many reviews of people happy, if you can call 2 reviews happy people. I will post pictures of what we though we would get and what we got. They said they have many condos but only have one picture well take some more pictures so people can see what they are actually getting

I would like to start with saying that the review is total nonsense. 90% of the review is not true. There is no power plant :-), no rusty metal roofs, swimming pool on the top floor overlooking ocean is the main selling point of this apartment, so again we don't understand what was wrong. The mattress, sofa and other furniture are new, bought just a few months ago. Anyway we have many clients coming to stay in this apartment without any complains. We are offering this property on many other OTAs sites and we have never received the review like this one. I must say that this client was very negative from the very beginning and overall he is the person looking for problems without any reason. We have tried to offer him small discount to make him happy, because our main goal is keep guest satisfied. He refused and left apartment without saying a word. Unfortunately now he is trying to harm our reputation, which is always very difficult to fight against.
I believe this is just one and only case, because I cannot imagine that we will get similar guest in the future.

A little out of the way
I booked 4 nites in this condo and travelled up from Bangkok on the day of arrival. I phoned the representative just prior and the lady was waiting for me on arrival. The same lady was very helpful for the entire stay and arranged transport back to Bangkok. The condo was modern and spacious and had everything required for a short stay. Unfortunately the TV was unable to get a signal for the entire length of our stay. This was reported and looked at but never fixed. The upstairs pool area and gym were fantastic and offered views over the bay. The location was quiet but a little out of the way for the main tuk tuk route between Pattaya and Jontein. You would need a car or scooter otherwise taxis everywhere. The area is well served with shops and restaurants but everything is predominantly Russian. There is a lot of construction in the immediate vicinity. The beach was 5 minutes away and was clean and uncrowded. If you know your way around this place is fine but maybe not for first time visitors who need to be at the centre of everything.

Excellent place to stay if you need home like comfort
The apartment was very good and clean.It was exactly what I saw on the internet.
Locationwise it is ok. The Cozy beach is 2 minutes away. There are many restaurants,shops nearby and connectivity to main pattaya is ok.
The only suggestion I would give is that there should be a cleaner who comes at least once in 2 days.Overall a good place to stay.
