Excellent Apartment; wonderful hosts; great location
Beautiful well kept apartment with central a/c in modern building. All conveniences of home. Warm, wonderful hospitable hosts. Fuylly equipped kitchen plus washer/dryer. Truly genuine host
We booked our accommodation with Shosh Paz in Tel Aviv.
Our flight happen to arrive at 5 in the morning but Shosh was very hospitable enough to meet us and keep our suitcases until our apartment was ready.
Since we arrived early, she even prepared a beach bag for us ready to take to the beach complete with beach towels in it. Such a wonderful touch.
Shosh was truly a great host.
We've never met an apartment host who took the time to come out and show us where the bus stops and the supermarkets were. She gave us all the information we needed for our holiday. We felt that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay.
Our accommodation was to the set standards with everything we wanted.
The balcony was perfect as it gave the morning sun to enjoy.
There was plenty of hot water with a speedy wifi service.
Having an automatic cold drinking water was also a bonus.
The apartment is conveniently located at walking distance to Alozorov bus station whereby it was easy to get to Jerusalem in just 40 minutes. The bus station also conveniently provides destinations to various places such us The Dead Sea, Eilat, Nazareth etc.
Shos's husband even offered to take us to the airport for a lesser fee which we gladly accepted since it was a Sabbath.

Great stay inTel Aviv

A very experience staying in a lovely apartment
We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious apartment in a modern building. All the amenities were provided and the owners, Shosh and Gedalia went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Shosh went with us to the local grocery, just across the street, to introduce us and show us around. She answered all our questions about the area, what buses to catch and even called a taxi to take us to the airport. Just around the corner from the apartment there is a bank, supermarket, hairdresser and bakery. Just down the road there is a great fruit and vegetable market. One block there are several restaurants and stores. You can walk to the biggest mall in Tel Aviv, the main train station and bus station and there are two central bus lines stops also nearby. All in all the apartment met all our expectations and more.

Excellent accommodation in Tel Aviv

First of all, the interaction with the host was exceptional. Shosh went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.
The apartment was as described and as photographed. It is located in a quiet area, but we had wonderful views. Shopping, bakery and cafe was close by as was transport. I ventured to the beach, Jaffa and to the Fairground via bus or train.
The apartment itself was spacious with a nice size balcony.
I would highly recommend this apartment, and I certainly would rebook if I return to Tel Aviv.

Wonderful flat, wonderful location, wonderful hostess
In a word, you guessed it, wonderful!
Shosh, our hostess, speaks very good English and Hungarian and was there to meet us downstairs at 21h00. Before we even unpacked from the free included parking space (very important), she enquired if we wanted her to show us around (especially as we had explained one of our children was a coeliac and we needed to know where we could get what we needed). Shosh has already taken the liberty of informing the nearest supermarket and he had stocked up!
Anyway, she showed us where things were, gave us our bearings and then proceeded to show us around the flat.
The child friendly flat is lovely...it really felt like we were staying a someone's home not just a cold, lifeless rental. There were warm little touches everywhere. The internet was good and we settled in very quickly. Shosh had even included some GF pasta in case we were hungry and things were closed. That type of thoughtfulness cannot be read in an advert.
The bedrooms were a good size, the bathrooms whilst cosy, were up to the task and was well stocked with soaps, shampoos and toilet paper). The kitchen was well equipped (I think the only thing missing was a large bread so we used a smaller knife) and had some tea, coffee, sugar and milk The balcony was a great place to have breakfast or an afternoon coffee. We did have a little issue with the hot water as the geyser needed to be turned on and a showering rota established (but that happens in many places in Israel which tends to rely a lot on solar heating for geysers). But, once we got the hang of it, things were fine.
The location is excellent for access to shopping malls, Mivne and Azrieli (5 min and 20 min walking respectively) and nearby supermarkets. Sarona is 5 minutes past Azrieli. In Azrieli you have access to the train which takes you to Jerusalem and Ben Gurion Airport and probably up towards Haifa. Oh, I almost forgot, there is a playground downstairs if you have children.
There is an excellent Shawarma shop on Nehelat Yizchak (5 min) and the top geletaria in all the surrounding areas (Bianco Nero in Mivne Mall).
So, to sum up a longer review than I anticipated, the area is very central; the flat is wonderful; there is free parking; lots of amenities within walking distance. But the absolute cherry on top, the hostess, Shosh, is just incredible...friendly, helpful, informative, proactive.
You will not regret your stay here. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend you put it at the top of your list too. In fact, tear up the list and stay here.
