Just perfect
We stayed at Suzi's flat which was not only spotless but also had every amenities we needed. Suzi was very welcoming and helpful. The flat was well within walking distance of the town centre as well as the many beaches of Split. Split was perfect for us and we were easily able to do various excursions to some of the nearby islands where the water was so very clear.

Lovely apartment at a good location
This is a very comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment, clean and bright and in an excellent location. Stores, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and the bus stop to the city center is in front of the building. There are also several beaches nearby. The apartment is well supplied with necessities and we thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay there. The owners are wonderful, generous people. We feel lucky to have discovered this apartment, and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Propre, fonctionnel et très bon accueil
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. L'appartement est trés bien équipé, ce qui est fort appréciable. Les propriétaires ont été très serviables. Très bon réseau de bus au pied de la résidence (à 10 minutes en bus du centre historique de Split).
Seul bémol : appartement bruyant du fait de la proximité de la route.
Nombreuses supérettes et guichets de change (moins chers qu'à l'aéroport) à proximité.
Plage de galets à 5 minutes à pied (sinon plage de sable de Bacvice à 10 minutes en bus).
Nous vous conseillons de visiter Trogir (à une heure de car à partir de Split)
Le mont Marjan est à faire aussi, à mi-chemin, vous pourrez prendre de belles photos de Split au belvédère...

Great Location
Great location, minutes walk to beach and shops and the owners are fierce welcoming and very nice and helpful.

Spacious and fully furnished
This apartment is spacious and fully furnished. I was 1 week in August with my family with three chidren. It's placed in a very popular district 15 min far, by walk, from the Split old-town. The owners Suzana and Damir are very welcoming and they will give you all the info for visiting Split and use it as starting point for a Dalmatian holyday.

Spacious apartment within walking distance of beach and many cafes and restaurants in old town Split
We stayed at Suzi’s apartment for five nights and found it very comfortable. The apartment was immaculately clean, smelled delightful, was spacious and fresh towels were offered regularly.
Our flight was delayed by two hours meaning we didn’t arrive until 10:30 p.m. but Suzi met us, showed us around and thankfully had left us snacks, coffee, beer and soft drinks which were much appreciated.
The weather was mixed during our stay but, following Suzi’s instructions, we were able to visit the beach for a swim which was just beautiful and only about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Suzi kept in touch with us throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble for her. Prior to our visit she helped out with our arrangements to book seats on a catamaran to Korcula which was the next leg of our journey, she spoke with the taxi firm to guide them en route to her apartment and was helpful throughout our stay.
It took about 20 minutes to walk - downhill - into Split which has a lovely old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. Regular buses ran from just outside the apartment and a taxi back cost about £4.50 - £5.00 - very reasonable for our group of four.
We had a great stay and all wished it could have been for longer. Thank you Suzi.

Clean private apartment close to a nice local beach
A short walking distance to the city centre.
Close to a noisy road, but the standard is perfectly OK,
although the apartment is an ordinary block of flats.
Many shops and cafe's etc. in the neighborhood.
Nice and very helpful host!
You can trust these people.

A very clean, well located appartment, rented by a really helpful, friendly host.
The apartment is located a good 20 minute walk outside the old town. It was very clean, and had everything which we needed for our first stay in Croatia. Suzanna was an excellent host and very accommodating.

Lovely city apartment, perfect for our trip
We booked this apartment for 4 of us attending the Ultra Europe music festival. We stopped for 7 nights and couldn't have asked for a better place and would definitely stop here again.
Booking was very easy and Suzana was prompt in replying to any questions I had. We got a taxi from the airport and even though the driver didn't know the location of the apartment, he called Suzana who was waiting for us at the apartment. We had a lovely welcome from Suzana, who showed us around and had even got some drinks in to welcome us.
The apartment has a really well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, lots of utensils and pots etc. Everything that you can possibly need. The air con is fantastic which we really needed as there was a mini heatwave whilst we were there. Wifi excellent again. There's a washing machine, good sized bathroom with shower. Bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage for clothes etc. Lovely balcony looing onto the main road, and great for drying towels and washing.
The location of the apartment is about 15-20 mins walk into the centre of Split. However there are very frequent buses running from right outside the apartment that take you into the centre in 5 mins also. The beach is about 10 mins walk away, and a really big supermarket just 5 mins walk. There's also a shopping area there, plus lots of lovely cafes and restaurants if you don't want to head into town.
I'd recommend this apartment, Suzana was a perfect hostess and we could get in touch with her anytime if we needed anything. Split is a beautiful city and we're hopefully coming back next year and will be booking this apartment again is it's free.

lovely apartment, great location, very friendly and helpful hosts
We stayed for a week with 2 children aged 7 and 9. Despite arriving 5 hours later than planned, at 2am, due to a flight delay, the hosts Suzana and her husband were both there to greet us, share a drink and give us helpful information.
The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, immaculately clean and comfortable. The children loved playing in the playground just outside whilst we enjoyed a beer on the balcony.
The apartment is situated in a residential area close to a main road with good bus links to the city and plenty of shops nearby. We mainly walked into Split which took about 25 minutes. There are also several lovely pebble beaches about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment and the children loved snorkelling there.
On our last day Suzana was very helpful and helped us with transport and luggage storage as we had a late flight back home.
We loved Split and the apartment and would all like to come back again
