Peaceful, relaxing beautiful location.
Enjoyed our one week stay in Appt.Lucija. Fabulous setting right on the edge of the water.Hosts Luko and his family just across the road and always available to assist in any way.Hosts son collected us from airport for 35 euros.Bus stop and supermarket 10 mins walk away .Dubrovnik 15 mins away by bus.Kayak available to rent for a leisurely paddle around the bay which is sheltered (50 kuna) for 1 hour or 150kuna for the day.All in all a lovely relaxing holiday.Thanks again to Luko and family.

Une semaine près de Dubrovnik
Emplacement super pour la vue sur la baie de Zaton et le calme.
Accueil chaleureux. Anita nous a donné tous les renseignements désirés.
Grand appartement avec vue sur la baie, lit très confortable.
Il ne faisait pas chaud, un petit radiateur aurait été agréable dans la salle de bain.
Bus à proximité.
Très bon endroit pour rayonner autour de Dubrovnik.

lovely view over the bay
The apartment is basic, clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. Local restaurants are a walk away, and the nearby mini markets supply all you need , including fresh bread and a butcher. The bus routes from the nearby main road allow travel to Dubrovnik and other locations with ease. Nice place and we loved it.

Stunning location
We stayed for 1 month at Zaton Bay in various apartments in House Teresa, and we saw most of the others. First Zaton Bay was an excellent choice for a base near Dubrovnik: beautiful scenery to wake up to, less hectic than near old town would be, several restaurant choices, 2 decent sized markets, inexpensive bus to Dubrovnik took about 15 minutes and service hourly. And of all the accommodations around Zaton Bay, we think House Teresa was the best choice: best position in Zaton: right on the water, gorgeous outlook across the bay to the houses on the other side and wooded hills behind, faces West for sunset views from the balcony or terrace. 10 min walk to stores, market and restaurants in either direction.
Bus stop was 10 minutes away. There was parking at the apartment. Good strong, secure wifi gave us no problems. Luko and his family are friendly and helpful. Picked us up from the airport at a fair price, and several other trips. Apartments were spacious. Kitchen was small but serviceable. It could stand a microwave, few more utensils, larger glasses, but I am being picky. American style coffee machines are rare in Europe apartment rentals or hotels, and this apartment had one which we really appreciated. Potential drawback is that the walls are very thin. Zaton Bay is a peaceful tranquil place appreciated by us. Luckily, the whole time we were there, a month, other occupants were like minded and considerate. The only thing that could have made this apartment more perfect for long term stays: a self-serve washing machine, and maybe a little outdoor grill in the common area for use by guests (there is ample room for one).
The patio areas are right on the bay; you could jump off to swim. The water is so clear, you can see fish. Management has kayaks for rent at a very reasonable price. The view across the bay is beautiful day or night. The lights on the bay at night were picturesque. Sitting on the terrace or balcony watching the bay was mesmerizing. We mingled with a few other couples out on the terrace and that was nice.
A month here without a car was fine. Plenty of restaurants were within a short walk, even in the off season. Bus stop 10 min walk. Buses to Dubrovnik every hour was inexpensive. It took 15 min approximately to get to town. Grocery store at the bus stop (10 min walk).

Een plek waar je tot rust komt!
Mooi appartement met alle comfort om te genieten aan de waterkant. Het is gelegen in een rustige baai. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Dubrovnik te verkennen. Je neemt gewoon de bus op loopafstand van de woning. De eigenaar is heel gastvrij en geeft je voldoende tips. Na een kleine wandeling zijn er een paar goede restaurants.

Peace and Tranquility
Stayed at House Teresa for one week. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the family were all very helpful. But the piece de resistance has to be the view from the balcony. Absolutely stunning. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at House Teresa.

Excellent accueil et très bon séjour.
Hôtes très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Ils se coupent en quatre pour vous et vous font profiter de leur connaissance de la région; Nous avons eu un petit problème de connexion internet qui a été immédiatement pris en charge. Tout est organize pour faire passer un bon séjour. Le seul bémol: l'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas top mais heureusement les voisins étaient très calmes. Maison à recommender.

Escape it all at House Teresa, Zaton Mali
We had a wonderful few days enjoying tranquil views of Zaton Bay from our balcony table and relaxing in the sun after dips in the calm clear Adriatic at House Teresa. Our host, Luko was very helpful and informative. He collected us from the airport, and we enjoyed the stunning views along the coast road past Dubrovnik Old Town on our way to the quiet Zaton area. There's a local grocery shop on the main road (which is busy and does create some traffic noise). But down on the local coastal road it is safe enough to stroll along, enjoying the area on both sides of this narrow bay. There are two restaurants within walking distance, and we enjoyed both (seafood was amazing!) At the time of our stay there was construction work going on nearby, and at one point the power was cut for several hours; however, we were not reliant on air conditioning and still able to go for a swim in front of the house followed by dinner out without any issue. Our stay in Apt Lucija was simple and perfect for our needs. We found the price hard to beat and the time away from the bustle of Old Town an absolute tonic.

Location was beautiful, relaxing, convenient and on the water! What more could you want?
Great holiday rental. We were able to arrange transport to and from the airport, rental cars, island cruise, and local travel all through the hosts Luco and Teresa. Very gracious and considerate people. One of the most relaxing trips I have taken. Don't miss the Island of Korcula, and a day trip to Kotor in Montenegro. Fantastic day excursions.
