Nous sommes triste que cela prenne fin. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez Ivica et Maja. La location est à 100 % fidèle à ce qui est décrit, très bien équipée et bien reflichie..vous ne manquerez de rien. Elle est d'une propreté irréprochable grâce à ivica qui tient comme une vraie cheffe les lieux en plus d'être la reine du cheesecake ❤️. La maison est très bien située, nous y avons trouvé de superbes plages juste à 2 minutes à pied. Des restaurants de bonne qualité à proximité également. Ivica et son époux ont été d'une extreme gentillesse avec nous et notre fils Aksel. Merci pour toutes ces petites attentions qui ont rendues nos vacances encore plus douces. Nous reviendrons sans doute l'année prochaine. Vous l'aurez compris !!! nous recommandons vivement cette location allez y les yeux fermés.

What a fabulous week we had. The property is stylish yet homely; the hosts are gracious and hospitable without intruding; the property is clean and well maintained. The photos are out of date! Since these were taken it now has a 4k smart TV, a sumptuous cushioned rattan suite on the front terrace, and a brand new stylish wet-room shower room! Yes, there's a main road at the bottom of the garden but, if you know anything about this part of the coast, everything is either next to, above, or below the D8. Yes you notice it but It's quieter than most B roads in Birmingham and did not detract from our relaxing break one bit! Cross the road at the bottom of the garden and walk about 50 metres and you have a beautiful Adriatic harbor, two beaches, four restaurants, a bakery kiosk, a bar and a coast walk. Ivica's recommended 3 island tour is a MUST day trip. This is a charming stay. Loved it!

Easy walking to beach, store and restaurants.Owners were great and provided everything we needed. Would rent again.

This was our first time to holiday in Croatia.From initial arrival and welcome Ivica and Myia could not have been more helpful. Description of apartment on website accurate and straightaway we felt comfortable and at home. Facilities excellent, everything necessary is available. Very comfortable furniture on outer balcony where we spent much of our time when at apartment. Views from there excellent. Location very convenient for small supermarket, restaurants and beach. We had a car and felt Zaton was an ideal base to explore not only to explore Dubrovnik in all its busyness but other places further North such as the arboretum at Trsteno and its delightful harbour, or walks/ beaches at Slano or the challenge of climbing the ancient. City walls at Slon. We never tired of the beauty of the drive along the Adriatic coastline with its stunning scenery at every turn. Propensity of Drivers to drift over white lines and take crazy risks to overtake was a little challenging to begin with. We stayed for 2 weeks, and felt we had a very relaxing holiday, with plenty to do. Loved the apartment and all the work Ivica and Myia have put into it. Book it if you can. Thanks again I &M. We had a wonderful time in this fantastic apartment. It is well equipped with everything you need, the location is perfect for traveling in Croatia. Zaton Veliki is a beautiful bay with lots of fantastic restaurants, a small well stocked supermarket and a wonderful bakery. Ivica and Maja are the most fantastic hosts, they are so kind and helpful and truly made our stay so special. We will definitely be back!!. Thank you Ivica and Maja for everything.

This apartment is in a good position for the beach and local restaurants its clean and comfortable although it has to be mentioned that it is on a busy main road with constant traffic, but across the road you are into the town with the beach and quayside restaurants so it is well situated .

We were in contact with Ivica from the moment we booked this apartment. He was most informative & happy to answer any queries. He even book our special anniversary dinner for us at a recommended restaurant which was the perfect place for us. The apartment is equipped with everything and more that you would need for your stay. It is a comfortable environment which helped us to relax and feel as ease. We spent many hours relaxing on the balcony which looks out towards the bay and there is a perfect view of the beautifully kept garden. The apartment is located a short walk from the bay where there are a few restaurants, a beach bar, a small market, post office, tourist information and an ATM. The local bus, which will take you into Dubrovnick is a stones throw from the apartment. From arriving in Croatia until leaving to return home we were made to feel most welcome by our hosts Ivica & Mya. They are the most thoughtful and considerate couple. They even bought us a fabulous bottle of red wine for our anniversary. We loved chatting with them & maybe next visit we'll spend some more time with Ivica, Mya and their lovely family. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Zaton.

We had a lovely peaceful stay here. The owners are very helpful and friendly with plenty of information and advice regarding your stay. Great location for Visiting Dubrovnik and lovely walks to nearby Zaton Mali with buses to take you further afield.

We just spent 4 days at this absolutely wonderful apartment,with the most friendly and accommodating hosts.the apartment is equipped for everything you will need with the most stunning view from the balcony from where we enjoyed many hours.it is within 5 minute walk to the beach,where you will find various restaraunts serving delicious fresh local dishes.the bus stop is also close by and will take you into Dubrovnik within 15 minutes.zaton is one of the most beautifully scenic and serene destinations we have ever visted and highly recommend both the location and this accommodation.thank you again ivinca and Mia for a very memorable stay
