Stated in apartment Ana for a week end of June going into July. Holiday plans were seamless, booked apartment with ease, great and quick communication from owner Alen. Arranged a pick up from airport and took straight to the apartment. Allen’s mum showed us round, she was very helpful. Alen. Alen also gave his mobike no ti contact him if needed anything!! The alt was a bit outside Dubrovnik itself which was nice as not so busy. About 15 minutes walk to old town. Not a steep hill do was fine although did have a heatwave when there, up to 35 degrees. Apartment has stunning views, you can just sit and enjoy and watch the boats and cruise ships come in, gorgeous. The terrace made the holiday for us….Apartment was quirky and clean. It had a kitchen which has everything you require for self catering. There’s a local supermarket about 8 minutes walk away which has everything. Visited old town couple of times which is always busy especially when cruise ships are in, stunning!! Did cable car ride which had great views too. Cavtat is lovely for short boat trip, about an hour away. Got a lift back to airport in plenty of time. All in all great holiday. Thanks Alen and mum for your hospitality!!

Had a great stay at the apartment, air-conditioning was great, water was hot for a shower and the kitchen has everything we needed. It was the outside that set this accommodation apart, really large balcony with chairs, table and sunbeds, and a great view of the visiting cruise ships and yachts. Ana was a great host and left us to enjoy our time there, just popping in with some croissants for breakfast! Alen, her son contacted me to offer airport transfers which we accepted, which made getting there stress free. The walk down to the old city took 10/15 minutes, back up took a little bit longer in the heat, but a taxi was less than £4. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Apartment has amazing views over the old city of Dubrovnik and Lokrum island and is perfect for watching the sun setting and all yachts passing by. It is well located if you want to be based a little away from the bustle of the old city and is in between Banje beach and Svet Jakov beach so you have easy access to both. Apartment has all the facilities you need and Ana makes sure you are well looked after throughout your stay. Alen is very efficient dealing with the booking arrangements and communication was excellent. We were also offered airport transfers provided by Ana's grandson, Luca, a very pleasant chap who was very reliable. The family work very well together to give overall a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed 3 wonderful nights in this apartment, it is beautiful, spacious & very clean. Plenty towels & a fabulous shower. The separate kitchen is perfect with everything you could need. The terrace is so comfortable with sun loungers and a gazebo over the table. The views are breathtaking, you overlook an island and you see all the yachts & cruise liners coming in & out but most importantly you can see the old town from the terrace, so beautiful. The old town is a 10-15 min walk downhill and it’s a delightful walk with beautiful views. We opted to get taxis back up as it’s a bit of a trek but it was very reasonable, approx 80 kuna or €10-well worth it. Luca (Alen’s son) collected us from the airport,, he is a gentleman & gave us loads of information for our trip. We had contact with Alen through email & he was so efficient & helpful, always responded immediately. Ana is a fantastic host, while sitting on the terrace on the first morning she provided me with a beautiful coffee & mini croissants. Overall I would highly recommend it & would definitely stay here again. Thank you

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area with beautiful views overlooking the harbour and Lokrum Island, Anna is very helpful and accommodating, fruit, milk, tea etc., on arrival together with very welcome complimentary croissants on our first morning. Anna and her family live upstairs , she very kindly gave us advice on buses, supermarkets etc., the apartment is an easy walk (10 mins) into the Old City, do take comfy shoes! and the terrace is a great amenity, the kitchen is outside but that wasn’t a problem for us, apart from when it rained! decor isn’t modern, but bed is comfy, sheets/towels clean and plentiful, shower worked perfectly. It was an added advantage to be met by prior arrangement by Anna’s Son, Alen, for a small fee. Also, we didn’t take the local currency - a mistake as most restaurants and supermarkets prefer to be paid in Kuna’s.

Super clean, quiet, comfy beds - and an amazing vew - just perfect! We arranged for Alen to collect us from the airport - communication was excellent and it made our transfer to the apartment relaxing. This is a fantastic place to stay for exploring Dubrovnik, it is an easy walk to the old town. Alen & Ana were extemely welcoming and very kind hosts, we loved our stay and hope to return. Lovely spacious apartment with separate kitchen area and fantastic sun terrace with amazing views of Dubrovnik old town and the islands. Quiet and very clean, we would highly recommend the apartment and look forward to booking it again.

We spent five very special days at this apartment. Dubrovnik, old town gets crowded and tourists dominate, but, when you have had enough you can retreat to this apartment with its spectacular terrace and view. The apartment is authentic and this adds to its charm. I loved the separate kitchen. The location is good with a manageable walk from the old town, shops and restaurants. The owner, Ana, was always there to help and I was genuinely sad to say goodbye. Thank you Ana for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful couple of days staying at apartments Ana with our family. The apartment is beautifully clean and well equipped and perfect for our family to stay in. We were welcomed by the family and they had kindly left cool drinks and fruit in the fridge for us, a welcome treat after a hot drive! The terrace is a fantastic space to eat and relax, with lovely views overlooking locrum island and the old town of Dubrovnik. The apartment is conveniently situated only 10-15 mins walk from the old town, in a quiet and peaceful part of town, with free parking on the road outside the apartment. Thanks to the stupin family for a wonderful stay.
