Superbe appartement
Nous sommes restés 4 jours dans cet appartement du quartier de Lapad. En réservant par inter et nous pensions être un peu excentrés mais pas du tout. Un arrêt de bus n°6 à deux pas vous emmené au centre historique en 10 minutes.
Vous accedez à la plage par une promenade très agréable bondée de bars et restos.
Egalement un centre commercial juste en face de la résidence très pratique.
L'appartement est superbe bien équipé il ne manque rien. Tout le confort est là.
Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants qui sont là pour vous aider à vous installer confortablement et n'hésitent pas à vous proposer de faire la navette pour l'aéroport ou le ferry à votre arrivée/départ.
Greystar appartement est une valeur sûre.

Good location - quiet and well equipped apartment
I booked a 4-night stay at the ‘Greystar’ apartment in mid June. Communication with Irena in advance of our trip was very good and she answered any questions that I had and emailed me really handy maps with the exact location of the underground garage in advance of our visit.
We had been driving through Croatia and so the secure underground parking was really handy. We were met by Irena’s husband Baldo outside and he showed us the way to the parking bay which was handily right opposite the lift up to the apartment. The neat apartment is tastefully decorated to a high standard. It is well equipped, and modern. There was masses of hot water for the shower, a dishwasher and also a washing machine although we did not use this during our stay. The air-con was very effective which was lovely as the temperature was over 30 degrees most days. The wifi was also very good with a fast and consistent signal. Interestingly this was the only place out of the five we stayed in Croatia that had English news channels (although we were actually very pleased to escape the news for a couple of weeks!). The apartment was in a safe area and was nice and quiet at night.
The area is very nice and we were glad we had not stayed in the hub-bub of the old city pf Dubrovnik (we would not have been able to park there either!). To get the best impression of Lapad, head for the pedestrianised street of Šetalište kralja Zvonimira. This is lined with restaurants and cafes and leads down to the beach and onto the Śetnica walking trail - plenty of shade and cafes on route - around the promontory of Lapad where you can find lovely spots for swimming and snorkelling.
Top tip - check out the Port Gruz website to learn when the cruise ships are in and try and avoid these days when you visit the old city. We walked the entire of the city walls and it was lovely as we waited until 6.30pm on a day when the ships were not in and so although there were people up there, we did not feel rushed or in a crush and took our time admiring the views and watching the swifts flying over the rooftops. There are numerous companies offering boat trips around the islands from the harbour in the old town. However we booked with Zaton Watersports who picked us up near the apartment and we met the boat just 10 minutes away in Port Gruz for a three island tour - very good.

One of best places we stayed
One of best places we stayed. Apartment is lovely, tastefully furnished and very clean. We travelled with 10 month old baby and we had perfect stay. Irena the host was amazing she even provided us Baby cot.
Very safe area, garage parking ,elevator directly from garage parking to apartment , many great restaurants near, shopping centre and pharmacy close and beautiful beach is just few min walking away. Apartment has AC, well equipped kitchen, washing machine & dryer etc. and lovely terrace. We will definitely come back.

Bel appartement Haut de gamme, proche de la vieille ville et plage de Dubrovnik
Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement, plein de charme. Excellent rapport qualité-prix et n'a rien à envier aux locations proposées en vieille ville, aux prix excessifs. Le mobilier est haut de gamme, tout est impeccable et propre, il n'y a plus qu'à poser ses valises.
Je recommande cette location, notamment pour ceux qui sont en voiture, car il y a un parking souterrain disponible et la circulation est particulièrement dense au centre ville, et parking payants. Le centre-ville est à 10mn en bus (n°6 direct).
L'appartement est situé dans le quartier animé de Lapad, où se trouvent commerces et restaurants à 2 pas et la plage est également à proximité. Il dispose d'une cuisine équipée (ustensiles, four, plaques de cuisson, grille-pain, bouilloire compris) donnant sur le salon avec canapé-lit, d'une chambre avec lit à 2 places, d'une salle de bains, ainsi que d'un balcon.
Merci encore pour l'accueil très sympatique des propriétaires.

Excellent Apartment in great location
This apartment is in a great location away from the hustle & bustle of the Old Town. It was very clean and comfortable with everything possible you would need. Milk & juice in the fridge, tea, coffee etc in the apartment. Bars, restaurants, supermarket and beach minutes away. We were heading off on a cruise so only 15 minute walk to port. Would highly recommend this apartment.

absolutely amazing
When you first walk in you can tell a lot of attention was put into details. The apartment has everything you could need during your stay including travel guides, maps and directions. The location is great, it's close to the beach and the neighborhood is lively with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops, but it still has it's peace for when you need to rest.
The furniture in the apartment is stylish and looks brand new. The general atmosphere inside is clean and elegant, and everything seems to be at it's place.

Exactly as pictured! Perfect!
We have been traveling around Croatia for 2 weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Not only was the decor very sleek, the bed/pillows/couch/outdoor seating & dining chairs were all comfortable. We particularly loved sitting on the outside balcony to enjoy our wine. A row of leafy trees backed across the property & hid the rather unattractive street.
Irena met us, explained everything and even booked us transfers to the airport for our early morning flight. It was wonderful just taking the elevator down to the parking garage level where the driver was waiting, doors & trunk opened, ready to whisk us away.
The apartment had everything you could ask for. The location was only a 2 minute walk to the grocery store & the bus stop, and a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurant area. There were a couple restaurants right outside the apartment building. The bus 6 was direct into old town but be warned: it was very crowded all the time! A taxi stand was also in close proximity so if you have an issue with crowded buses, this would be an easy alternative for getting to old town. It was nice staying in this area and we are SO glad we didn’t stay in old town.
The only people I would not recommend this property to is someone who has mobility issues simply because the bathtub ( with shower in it) was a bit high and may be difficult for some to get in and out of.

We loved staying here!
My wife and I spent 10 days in Croatia, including 2 nights in Dubrovnik. We stayed at the Greystar Apt those 2 nights and were so glad we did. The city was fine but the crowds were overwhelming. The Greystar is a short taxi ride from the old city and in a much quieter, more residential area. A 2 minute walk got us to a pedestrian promenade, filled with great restaurants, bars and even one of the original cave bars, all along the water. You could actually walk here without bumping into hundreds of people. The restaurants we ate at were great and a welcome relief from the chaos of the old clity. The apartment was great: very clean and comfortable and we sat out on the porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. If we hadn't stayed here, Dubrovnik overall would have been our least favorite spot in Croatia. Irena was great. She met us promptly, showed us the apartment and was extremely helpful with suggestions on sites and eating. We highly recommend Greystar.

superbe
Très bien placé, cet appartement a été décoré avec beaucoup de gout.La qualité de l'immobilier est haut de gamme. On était quatre adultes et on avait largement de la place. Petite terrasse sypma et tout les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour tranquil et confortable.Tout est à proximité, des restaurants, des bars les petites plages un supermarché et on est au calme. Dubrovnik est à dix minutes en bus (no.6)avec un service très efficace jusqu'à tard.Bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Great Apartment
We drove down to Dubrovnik from Split. Our stay in Dubrovnik was for 4 nights, the maximum we were to spend in any one city of Croatia and therefore having a decent place to stay was quite high up on our list. The apartment was simply the perfect place. It was situated in the heart of Lapad and had all the amenities one would need. There was a hypermarket right opp the complex which was fantastic. The busy street with food joints and bars was a 5 min and so was the walk to the bus and taxi station that took you to the Old Town of Dubrvonik. Lapad beach was a 10 min walk. Irene was a very pleasant and welcoming host. She ensured that we didnt have to worry about a thing. She answered all our queries patiently and her husband also drove us to the gas station. The apartment also had a parking spot. It was very well equipped with irons, washing machine, detergents, towels, etc
The only issue was the single A/C located only in the main hall and not in the bedroom, which seemed to be the case with all apartments in Croatia. It got quite hot but luckily this apartment had a very comfortable sofa-bed in the drawing room,
