Our 3 Bedroom Luxury villa with maids room, its truly one of its kind - Our guest can watch the fountain show from our spacious terrace overlooking the full Burj khalifa. You are basically 100 steps away from Dubai Mall.
This is a true hidden gem in Downtown, only one of its kind available for rent.
We look forward on the opportunity to host you at our beautiful downtown villa.

Here’s a detailed layout of my Villa:

- The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedroom with attached bathrooms and a maids room with bunk bed.
- The rooms have a queen-sized bed and 2 spilt beds
- Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms

Several bus stops are located within a few minutes from Burj Dubai Residences 6. Boulevard Walk Tower 1 Bus Stop is a 4-minute drive. Bus 26 and F13 serve this bus station. Burj Khalifa, The Palace Hotel Bus Stop is 6 minutes away. You can take bus 27 and F13 from this stop. Clover Bay Tower 2 Bus Stop is a 7-minute distance from the location. This stop is ideal for taking bus 50, F19B and F41.
