We had a great experience staying at Urban's villa. Rawai town, where you can find many shops and restaurants, was only a 10 minute walk away. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Urban was incredibly helpful and responsive leading up to our trip and even provided detailed instructions on how and where to rent motorbikes in town. We were able to park our motorbikes at the villa and could come and go whenever we liked. He even let us check out later in the evening on our last day as our flight was not until midnight. I would definitely recommend this villa to those looking to explore Phuket!

Le logement d’Urban est très beau et spacieux. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’air climatisé dans certaines chambres. Pour le reste tout a bien fonctionné . Le logement est un peu isolé mais avec un véhicule, ça ne cause pas de problème. Urban est facile à rejoindre en cas de problème.

My family and I really had a great time spending our holiday at this rental. For starters, the apartment is quite spacious so each of us enjoyed personal space and comfort, the place is very clean and maintained constantly with great care, the view is simply AMAZING, and the rates are rather very reasonable. As for location, the property is located at a pretty nice, well-serviced, and quiet neighborhood, other attractions aren't far, plus transportation and the expert advice of the helpful owner are readily available, I highly recommend visiting the private beach nearby as well. I'd definitely visit again, as I'd recommend this rental for family and friends.

Incredible views from a designer inspired apartment. The apartment is three stories up from ground level with an amazing view of Rawai beach. The interior of the three bedroom apartment is a very open floor plan with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A perfect setting for a family or large group.

the whole house is amazing. The natures surrounding makes the place more so conducive to make anyone so relax, mentally and physically. The rooms are o big, as well all the rest rooms. Everything in the hose is almost perfect. All you have to do is to have a good night sleep. Oh, and that billiard thing, it makes my son busy...cool. Just book this place..it worth every penny...! My wife my children and I stayed in this excellent 3 bedroom apartment with our 3 children and found it to be luxurious, well maintained and in a fantastic location. It was well furnished, had an excellent kitchen, all the facilities we needed and an excellent view of the lake. It was like a home from home with TV (all channels), free Wi-Fi and modern kitchen equipment. It was only a short walk from the main street of shops and restaurants, but was offset in a quiet location. I would thoroughly recommend this 3 bedroom apartment to anyone and look forward to returning again one day. You can't beat it for location, comfort and affordability. This was my first trip to Thailand, and I was not sure what to expect... but the Phuket Arkadium Villa exceeded all expectations. The rates are very reasonable for what we received, and traveling with teenagers... well, the free wi-fi was an absolute blessing! The peace and tranquility ensured perfect relaxation, while being close enough to shopping, etc. to still be convenient. Love the place - will definitely be returning.

This is the most exotic place i have ever been to. The place is quiet yet beautiful. The views from the place is so beautiful that you dont want to leave the place once you get there. The interiors are also so well designed that you feel so comfortable in there. I simply love every thing there and am planning to visut the place again

I really liked the Phuket Arkadium Villa which is in a quiet valley road in Rawai at the South tip of Phuket island. It was a ideal apartment or villa for as I wanted more privacy, which I got in this plac. This place has got a great natural environment too. Me and my partner really enjoyed our time in this place. And the more good news about this place was restaurants, shoppings, minimarts, markets, entertainments, spas, massages and activities, which we required were all a short distance away. We awant to visit this place soon again.
