Perfect days at Phuket
Perfect location, nice beach, you can reach the most important places in ca 10 minutes, Omar (the owner) is super friendly, every room is sooo huge and the roof top terrasse is the best part of the villa :)

Great Accommodation
We stayed at the Mojito Residence and were totally surprised at the proportions of this magnificent place - a credit to Omar and his wife. The hosts could not do enough to help us during our stay. Never intruding, but always available to assist if required.
The photos did not do justice to this villa. As it was our first time in Phuket we did not quite understand the location. You definitely need to hire motor scooters - which are really cheap and a lot of fun. While there is a beach only 100m away, it is not really suited to use other than at high tide. The Friendship Resort is just around the corner, which was great for meals and cocktails.
The rooftop entertaining area of the Mojito Residence was also special.
Thanks Omar was making the stay such a good one. We appreciated your friendliness and words of advice to make our trip trouble free.

Мы :две семьи с подростками отдыхали на вилле в конце декабря 2015 вилла охраняется круглосуточно ,отлично оборудована во всех отношениях:бассейн с джакузи и водопадом большая гостиная,просторные спальни шикарная терраса с видом на море..... И барбекю
Отдельное спасибо хозяину дома Омару и его жене : гостеприимны и отзывчивы
Помогли сориентироваться на местности:разъяснили где хорошие пляжи магазины и рынок и рестораны
Омар хорошо говорит по-русски свободно владеет английским
На лучший пляж найхарн на машине добираться всего 7 мин.
Машина конечно необходима ,в радиусе
3-5 км рестораны магазины итд
Хотелось бы приехать снова......будем скучать !!!!

Amazing stay at Mojito residency
When your booking online, all you rely on are the reviews and photos which can be quite deceptive or subjective. But mojito residency changed my view on this. The place is more stunning than the photos they have uploaded. It was very well maintained, huge villa with an amazing pool with inbuilt jacuzzi and terrace which has a spectacular view of the ocean and mountains. The villa had all amenities that you can think of. The location of the villa is in rawai which is in the southern part of the island. It is a very good area as it is QUIET and very close to the beach. The owners are a very sweet couple who are very chill and friendly. They were very kind and arranged our airport drop and renting of scooters etc. It's like a one-stop solution, as they will plan all the things there for you. Our stay was amazing and would want to return to mojito villa soon.

Great stay in Mojito Residence!
Beautiful hotel with great design in the rooms and pool. Our stay was pleasant and very relaxing. Rooms are exceeded our expectations by comfort and design. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area, to enjoy and drink Mojito) Wish to come back again!

Great stay in Mojito Residence Phuket with family & friends!
The 4 bedroom Residence was perfect for me, wife, and daughter and for my friends. It was an amazing experience, exquisite design of rooms and great landscape view – everyone can get private area and enough space for fun together. Service is excellent – no delays, owner is very helpful for additional requests – so we had a really great time.
It's really wonderful - start the day with a swim in the pool, jumping straight from the living room. My daughter loved it. Good time on roof top floor all together with BBQ. Residence is very close to nearest beach – Friendship beach, with a nice outside restaurant.
Looking forward to come again!

Top villa in great location at a very reasonable price
It was our first trip to Phuket and we were unsure where to stay. Mojito residence is perfectly placed close to the beach and the excellent friendship beach resort (which has a great vegan menu). A small moped was available on arrival so that we could do a little shopping as well as some sight seeing on the 2nd day. The BBQ on the top deck was amazing as we ate while the sun went down. The food and drinks were all pre-arranged upon our arrival by the owners (Omar and Bua) which made life very simple. They are an amazing couple that will custom tailor your stay in the residence to suit your individual needs.

Simply stunning
Took a short trip with my wife and friends over the weekend to Phuket. The plan was to get away from the crowd and touts in Patong or Kata. So the requirement was somewhere peaceful but yet not too far from the main shopping areas (wife requested) then I found Rawai and found a gorgeous 4 storey house with a stunning pool but at an affordable price!
Everyone was awe struck by the shear size and beauty of the house which the friendly owner calls "Mojito Residence". Up the entrance was a gorgeous lap pool with a build in jacuzzi!! The house was clean and spacious, walking up the marble flooring, we arrived at our rooms.
I took the master bedroom of course. We were welcomed by a clean and well organised room with fresh flowers and nicely decorated / origami towels placed on a 4 poster bed. Massive clean toilet with separate shower facility and jacuzzi bathtub. Did I mention jacuzzi bathtub?
It was almost sunset after unpacking, we headed to check the rooftop. Gosh, the view is simply amazing. We laid down on the sofa under a beautifully crafted wooden shelter and watched the sun set. Our short getaway is beginning to look like a dream come through.
To summarize the entire trip, we have made multiple requests to the owner for things to make our holiday as convenient as possible.

. A 4 wheel drive to get around Phuket
. Fill the fridges with beer
. Prepare food for BBQ (big 4 burner bbq pit on the roof)
All request accomplished upon arrival. As a bonus, the owner made all of us Mojitos during BBQ. One of the most memorable vacations we have ever had.
