perfectly placed neat and tidy apartment for family
Me and my family (with kids) stayed at this apartment in July 2016 for 11 days and we were so happy about our good choice. From this apartment we went to all main attractions of KL, such as KL tower, KL Park, Pavilion, Berjaya times square, Petronas tower, on foot. Apartment is so centrally located that it was an amazing experience being able to go any place without taxis, of course if you are a person who loves to walk. i had put my little one in stroller and we could go to all places without any difficulty. All the walkway system is connected thru underground tunnels and elevated pedestrian walkways which made our life very easy.
In nearby area, we enjoyed shopping in an economical shopping mall, Sungei wang, and no other hand Pavilion shopping wall was the one if we wanted to go high end shopping.
apartment itself was very cosy and Nareshpal took care to the details that things were available which a family with kids would want. i found even some toys for my youngest son. well, the apartment was equipped with everything we could need.
Thanks to the host for paying attention to details!
Lastly, i must mention that the booking and payment process, it all went smoothly.

Fabulous
Wish I had the opportunity to greet the owner.
Enjoyed the view the comfort of the apartment & the privacy.
Gym & swim enjoyable. Security was great. Easy travel grab taxi & food available just a walk away. Convenience store open till 12pm was an asset.
Loved the location. My bed collapsed on my last night which was unfortunate.
No contact from the owner was a bit of a bummer. Did not feel I had support in hindsight but I still will return.

Good place to stay, both for the place and location
Very nice owner to work with. We need a 31 day stay before a move to China. For 1/2 people great place. Apartment wonderful view of towers, nice pool and a very nice weight room.
Location is within easy walking distance of major malls and so many small bars and eateries.

Awesome view, great location and yummy street food....
This was my first trip to KL and it was a really great place to stay for a short visit. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities one needs. Naresh was very helpful right from our first communication. The security guys in the lobby were very helpful and gave clear directions. One must visit Jalan Alor....the best variety of street food you could imagine. Thank you Naresh we had a great stay and would happily recommend your place to friends and family.....

Seri Bukit Ceylon
It’s a pretty good deal. A great location in the middle of all the action of Bukit Bintang.
I’ve read plenty of other reviews on apartments that claim a great central position, only to be disappointed when I get there. Not so this time, this is the real deal right in the centre, with a great view of the KLCC Twin Towers from the lounge room and bedroom.
The apartment itself is simple with one bedroom, well designed with open plan kitchen, not luxury but certainly adequate, located on 22nd floor. The bathroom is large, with bath and separate shower recess, hot water in vanity (but not in kitchen).
The owner Naresh is easy to get on with. Check-in/out is easy with no security deposit to worry about, no extra cost for underground parking, 24 hour live security with key card entry. The pool and gym facilities are shared with serviced apartments in the same building and are very good. The Nepali security guards are always friendly and happy. There is a restaurant in the building and a whole street full of international restaurants and bars on the street opposite, and local food stalls line the street below.
Several 24 hour supermarkets are to be found in the surrounding streets, but if that’s too far for you there is a convenience store on the ground floor of the building, which I certainly found very convenient. Also plenty of fresh fruit shops down the road.
I think that for the money this place would be hard to beat.

Fabulous Location - Very Comfortable
This well maintained 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 22nd floor of the building right in the heart of the vibrant Bukit Bintang area. It is a 5 minute walk from the China Town Night Food Market and other sophisticated European style bars, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and surprisingly quiet (well insulated) given it's prime location. The view over Petronas towers was very pretty, especially when lit at night and we were even treated to fireworks. The building had a good gym and a pool about 10m in length which kept my family very happy, in addition to watching one of the owners good selection of DVD's whilst I enjoyed browsing in the numerous shopping malls which were less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment. We took a run around the park at the base of Petronas towers (a red rubber running track) one morning (1.1km from the apartment). After a week in hotels it was a very welcome refuge to find ourselves in such a great apartment, with a fridge and facilities to make a simple continental breakfast for ourselves (a small mini market on the ground floor stocking the basics). The apartment also had coin laundry facilities on the 4th floor right near the gym and pool. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.
