Our apartment is really spacious and split over 2 floors with a large open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and 3 generous bathrooms - each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with the master bedroom enjoying a large shower and bath. The apartment is set over 2 floors which adds to the space and privacy for guests and also allows for some beautiful views from the many windows and patio doors! It comfortably sleeps 6 in private rooms and private bathroom facilities but there are also 2 double sofa beds in the living room which could sleep 2 extra adults or children over 10, or 4 children all under 10. If the sofa beds are used Please Note you will not have a sofa seating area in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for a cosy supper and the wood burning fire is another lovely addition for a night in after a day skiing or mountain walking. The living area and 2nd bedroom open up onto a full length balcony with table and seating area for you to soak up the sunshine or watch the sunset. The apartment is bright and airy with modern furniture and everything you would need to enjoy a great holiday. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and DVD player with plenty of DVD's available to boors from reception along with sledges and family games to ensure you can have lots of fun! The apartment has a lot of storage areas - perfect for groups / families and for the storage of ski equipment. During the winter season there is a shuttle bus that runs from 8am until 8pm transporting you to Borovets centre and the ski lifts/gondola. During the winter season guests have access to the complex Bistro / Mini Mart / Free use of the Swimming Pool with Sauna and Jacuzzi. There is also a Bar and Reception along with massage facilities and ski / boot storage room. If you require baby equipment such as highchair and cot please advise us at the time of booking so we can confirm availability with the hotel reception. Local tourist tax needs to be paid at check in / check out at the hotel reception - it is a very minimal tax levied by the local council of an equivalent of around 20 pence per person per day. There is also a damage deposit to be paid to the hotel reception of 100 Euros per stay which they refund on confirmation of no damage when you check out. The apartment is not cleaned each day - cleaning and laundry of the linen is after 7 nights stay / there is a midweek towel changeover for stays of 7 nights plus Peak Season: - Minimum weekly bookings during peak Ski and Christmas / New year season from 21st Dec until 6th January and then from 1st Feb until 29th Feb. Mid season:- Minimum 5 night stays for the period 12th Dec until 20th April except for dates as above for Peak Season where minimum of 7 night stay Shuttle Bus: If you want to utilise the shuttle bus with unlimited daily use there is a charge of £4 per person per day for the duration of your stay - please advise at the time of booking so it can be charged accordingly. If you require a cot / high chair please let us know and we will confirm availability with the complex reception

Déplacements

During the winter ski season a car is not needed as the complex offers a shuttle bus from 9am until 7 pm which you can use unlimited times for £4 per person per day subject to booking / availability and if booked with us prior to your arrival. Though we would recommend hiring a car for flexibility. The rest of the year outside of the ski season a car is needed to enjoy the area
