Did I tell you about the VIEW?
Great apartment! Very comfortable! Unbelievable view with water action, yachts and cruise ships right outside your windows. And the sunsets - WOW. Management company extremely responsive to all requests. Great base to explore Croatia and neighboring Montenegro (Kotor)!
Oh yeah, did I mention the VIEW!

Fijn terras met schiitterend uitzicht...
Ruim appartement op wandelafstand van de oude stad, ook minisupermarkt en bakker zijn vlakbij. We hebben erg genoten van het terras en het schitterende uitzicht; jammer wel dat er slechts één relaxzetel aanwezig is.
Gemeld probleem (defecte lamp) werd prompt verholpen.
Klein minpuntje - bij momenten druk verkeer dat al vroeg op gang komt, veel chauffeurs met zuiders temperament dus niet altijd even rustig.

"Amazing,Amazing,Amazing is all i can say "
We were invited to a wedding in Dubrovnik and chose Hedera Estate for our accommodation we stayed in Hedera A17. Firstly we must say we were greeted so welcomely at the airport by Zoran the employee of Hedera he was so friendly and is proud of where he comes from he was so knowledgeable it was a great start to our stay in Dubrovnik. The accommodation was so comfortable also the view was amazing overlooking the island of Lokrum and the Adriatic sea.The old town was a short stroll away and the beach was too.
We found the people to be so friendly and the food was again amazing we recommend Dubrovnik to anyone.
We also booked a tour through Hedera for a day trip to Mostar and Majegore again Zoran took us on the trip and gave us the full history along the way he as great.

Good Location - Plenty of Exercise Walking Though!
Beautiful views and convenient for the city. Well furnished, but in need of some updating and a couple of loose plug outlets on the wall were worrying.
The downside is that the city / shops and beaches are quite a long walk away (down and up hill). The road is not the quietest either. There was a one hour wait until 4.00pm at check in whilst the cleaning was completed, which was disappointing and without apology from the agents. Finally the T&C's were fairly lengthy with a threat of 'fines' for any marks whatsoever on towels and bed linen etc. Perhaps it was bad timing but the next door apartment was filled with a young noisy family with their living room window opening above the patio which didn't allow for very much peace and quiet from dawn until dusk..!
The view though does provide some compensation!

Très bel appartement, très bien situé
Vacances à Dubrovnik en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 13 et 12 ans), pendant 10 jours entre le 21 et le 30 juillet
La réservation a été faite très facilement via internet et échanges d'email vers la mi-mars. Il faut se dépêcher car les appartements loués par cette société partent comme des petits pains.
Au cours des échanges, différents conseils nous ont été prodigués, que ce soit pour un club de plongée, la location de voiture, les trajets vers la Bosnie... L'équipe est à vraiment à l'écoute.
Une fois sur place, quelques échanges de SMS suffisent pour valider l'adresse et l'heure du check-in.
Pas de mauvaises surprises, l'appartement correspond en tout point à l'annonce (attention, le barbecue est en fait une plancha) : spacieux, bien situé et équipé, avec une place de parking et une vue imprenable sur l'adriatique.
Propreté impeccable à notre arrivée, avec changement des draps et des serviettes une fois par semaine. Ménage également géré par leur soin après notre départ.
2 bémols cependant :
- Le congélateur ne fonctionnait pas et en dépit de mes relances et du déplacement de 2 techniciens, aucune solution n'a été trouvée. Très embêtant si vous prévoyez de faire des cocktails et surtout pour nettoyer la plancha !!
- L'heure du check-out est confirmée la veille à 23h30 pour le lendemain 10h00. Heureusement que vous avions anticipé le rangement...
Au final, agence sérieuse et appartement de qualité. A recommander pour des vacances réussies.

Sensational view and a beautiful apartment!
This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in! It is spacious, with lovely cool marble style floors and a large, sunny terrace. It's extremely well equipped, with everything you could hope for in the kitchen, including such disparate items as a cheese grater and cotton tablecloth and napkins! The bedrooms are roomy, with very comfortable beds, as well as excellent wardrobe space complete with proper hangers, rather than the random plastic ones left by previous tenants that one usually finds. It has a dining room with what looked like an expandable dining table, with a sofa bed, and a separate large living room with comfortable sofa and chairs, coffee table and a large TV. We really appreciated having the two bathrooms, one being a full bathroom with over-bath shower and the other a compact shower room.
The Estate manager organised our transport to and from the airport and even left us a mobile phone and charger so that we could easily contact the staff. We used this when the toaster blew a fuse and were relieved to find alan on the other end, who spoke excellent English and smoothly guided us through re-setting the trip switch.
Altogether, this was a beautiful apartment for four adults but one that would easily accommodate six. It was a 15 minute walk down to the Ploce Gate, and we were pleased to find a flight of steps at the top of the apartment block which led up to the higher road and the nearest supermarket. This sold everything we needed so we could stock up without having to go into town.
There was only one small downside. There was no working light in the hallway, on the stairs nor on the first floor landing, and the light outside our front door was not working either, so we had to use our mobile phones to locate the keyhole. We pointed this out to our driver, although it was self-evident, but none of the three lights were fixed whilst we were there.
Apart from that small gripe, this is a lovely apartment which I thoroughly recommend!

An amazing apartment with excellent customer service
I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my stay at this apartment just outside the old town of Dubrovnik. It is light, very well maintained, roomy for two couples, clean and with a balcony offering a superb view of the bay. But what really sealed it for me as a superb place to stay is the level of customer service. Alen helped us with booking a wine trip and a visit to three of the islands, as well as providing a shuttle service to and from the airport. He even provided us with a mobile phone so that we could call him at any time free of charge. And the it comes with free wifi. Outcome - all four of us had an extremely relaxing holiday.

Restful, beautiful apartment
We stayed here with our children during the summer. It was a beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of the city and the sea. The large living room is a big plus. So is the lovely balcony. One of the air conditioners did not work, so that was unfortunate. Other than that, we found the apartment to be lovely. It is about a 20 minute walk from the city, which allowed us to walk off our gelato each night!
