Location au top, nous étions 2 couples et 1 enfant. La villa est proche de toutes les commodités (restaurant, 7/11...). La villa est vraiment très agréable, dépaysement assuré ! Nick est vraiment super et est toujours disponible :) N’hésitez pas on est proche de la perfection :)

Maison à quelques pas de la plage mais à l'écart de tout bruit. La piscine est très agréable. Les 2 chambres possèdent chacune une salle de bain privative. Nous y serions bien restés quelques jours de plus !

Villa très agréable, bien aménagée, au calme et à proximité de la plage à pied. Spacieuse et bien entretenue.

We had a wonderful 2 months stay at this beautiful villa. We have lived in several houses at Koh Lanta during the last 4 years and this one is the best. I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, my husband enjoyed working with the well-functioning internet connection and our son loved the pool. We had friends staying part time in the second bedroom and it worked well, as there is enough privacy between the bedrooms. It's a great location, with convenient scooter rides to south and north parts of the island. And it's nicely surrounded by nature and sounds of the jungle. The villa is well managed. Superb weekly cleaning service and help from the manager Nick. We would propose only one improvement for the place. Would be great to have mosquito nets in some bedroom windows to be able to sleep with the window open during the night (and not run A/C that much). The villa being very "air tight" is of course great in keeping all the creepy crawlies away. :) We would love to come back!

Our family loved staying in this great beach house with practical amenities. The pool was a wonderful plus, and kept our 5 and 8 year olds busy and happy. It was easy to keep clean, had comfortable beds, and was an easy walk to the convenience store, motorbike rental, and good restaurants with friendly staff.

Planned as part of a larger development, the villa is currently the sole one constructed , which gives it a unique quality as it is surrounded by trees and farmland - the sunset chorus is amazing. The quality of service was excellent with regular visits by cleaners, pool maintenance staff and gardeners. The house is so well planned around the terrace and swimming pool with well-proportioned rooms and comfortable furniture. Its situation, midway down the west coast means it is ideally situated to all the beaches on Koh Lanta, while a short walk gives access to numerous beachside restaurants, shops etc. Nothing to dislike here - only suggestion would be a wider choice of Dvds perhaps?

Nice villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.We really enjoyed our pool. Also very quiet surrounding with friendly local people. Nic as the villa manager is very responsive and helpful - he really takes care. He also managed to send me my passport, which I forgot at the motorbike rental place at Koh Lanta,to the new hotel in Krabi. Thank you again for this.

Our family ( 3 kids aged 8 , 11 and 12) had a fantastic week in this villa in early Feb 2013. It is even nicer in real life than the pictures! Very well equipped , nice and secluded yet close to beach, bars, cafes...etc. We all loved the pool! If you don't hire bikes/car then you can easily walk up the lane and hail a tuk-tuk or taxi car. We usually paid about 200 THB to get all of us a taxi to Saladen. This villa was a great base on a gorgeous island. We ate and even got take aways from a basic looking cafe opposite the 7/11 up the road ( next door to a ighting shop..can't remember name!) ...Yummmy Stir fried Pork, Garlic and Pepper! Family really enjoyed the 3 islands trip and the monkey mangrove kayaking! Thanks Nick for all your help and for arranging transfers. Congrats to Kevin and Lisa for having such a beautiful and comfortable villa!

My husband,young daughter teengage son and I stayed here for 5 nights in early Feb. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have a lovely relaxing stay in Koh Lanta. Its very private, pool is wonderful (and was well used) and kitchen was well equiped. We will stay here again next time we visit Lanta. Private taxi transfers were also organised for us which was great. Highly recomned this house for anyone travelling with kids and looking for some quiet, peaceful holiday time on Lanta.

Great modern house with all neccesary amentaties! Just as nice as the pictures show. Very good service from Villamanager, Nick, who fixed babyequippment (we travelled with 10months girl), carrental, transports, etc, etc. The location was private and tropic. A bit further to the beach with babystroller, but still less than 5 minutes. The tips on the owners blogg are very good. Especially Nengs restaurant. Cheap, good and charming chef (Neng). We will also recommend a 30 minute longtailtrip out to Bubu Island (departure from Old town).
