The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball, or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. Welcome to Sunrise 16 the end of your search for vacation rentals. This condo is located in the heart of Tamarindo, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, located on the 4th floor with partial ocean view. Includes a/c in all rooms, cable TV, kitchen, shared swimming pool, and just steps from Tamarindo beach. Sleeps 6 maximum. Safe and sound- The sunrise complex where this unit is located has 24 hour security and a secure parking lot. One care is allowed to park inside per unit. Pool and beach- This unit has access to an oversized pool with a large rock fountain, perfect to lounge by with a book or to play water games with kids and friends. Bed time. Welcome to the master bedroom. It features a king sized bed, full closet, tv, large windows with partial ocean view, sliding glass door out to balcony, and a master bathroom. The master bathroom contains a tile shower. There are two other rooms in this condo. Room number one of the two features a queen sized bed, full sized closet and armoire and a door to the mini balcony shared inbetween this room and the third bedroom. This next bedroom contain two twin beds perfect for the kiddos to use, a full sized closet and cable tv. These two rooms share a bathroom with a tile shower. Need another bed? The living room couch doubles as a pull out bed perfect for two people. After a long day at the beach you are going to be tired, so plop down on your comfortable couch and watch some tv to relax. Or sit in the typical Costa Rican rocking chair thats also in your living room. The complex is called sunrise, but the sun rises early here so you could watch the sunset instead, from your beautiful balcony. You have a partial ocean view and you can take in the breath-taking sunsets Tamarindo has to offer while siting of the outdoor couch or at the six person table. You could even enjoy the sunsets while cooking dinner with the table top grill that is outside on your balcony. Hungry? Dinner, lunch, breakfast, midnight snack, whenever you need it your full custom kitchen is there equipped with a electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, granite counter tops and a three person breakfast bar. Also just past the kitchen there is a six person table where you can enjoy delicious family meals. Dirty

Spacious with great patio overlooking the ocean

I just returned from Tamarindo Sunrise #16's penthouse condo. The things I most appreciated were: It had huge vaulted ceilings, lots of towels, a DSL router, cd player, washer/dryer, room safe, nice pool, ice maker, lots of plug-ins, elevator, huge covered patio with a solid wood table which was great for entertaining and great to hide out under when it rains, and security guards. As a single woman traveler I felt safe at this place. The location is by far the best in all of Tamarindo. Right in the heart and right across the little street to the beach where the good surfing is. Everything is literally a short walking distance. Try the restaurants Nibbana, La Esquina, and Seasons. The kitchen could use a few more matching glasses and a juice/water pitcher, but otherwise it had everything that I needed. The RPM service that managed the property tended to my concerns/requests promptly. The thing I didn't like was having to pick up and drop off the keys before and after at a location a couple blocks away, but the shuttle driver was accommodating. What more can I say...great place and great trip!

Peacefull,very relaxing and private

My daughter and I stayed here a total of one month and a half. I loved the pool and the warm breezes on our huge patio. The condo was not overly furnished and may have needed a little decorating. The owner was very friendly and we visited his restaurant often. Was one of our favourites. The pool was not filled with people and felt like it was our own pool. Watre was a bit cool considering my daughter keeps her pool at 89 degrees. Refreshing though. I was able to cook in our condo as it had all the amenities. Some should have been replaced like the pots and pans. All in all it was a great get away. Would i return, of course.
