Best stay ever!
This is quite possibly the best rental stay I have ever had. The hosts were so amazing and easy to communicate with, I felt like I was talking to a friend or family when coordinating with Kristen, the owner.
My girlfriends and I went to Cottonwood for a weekend birthday getaway and the location of the PPGH was within walking distance to all of the adorable restaurants and shops. As much as we loved old downtown Cottonwood I think we had just as good of a time relaxing at the house! We were only fifteen minutes from kayaking the Verde river and lots of great wine tasting.
We rented the main house and the penthouse, both were spotless (which seems surprisingly rare for most rentals) and decorated perfectly which made it inviting and cozy. We will be back and I really can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Beautifully updated historic home
The Main Street location in Cottonwood means you can walk to everything downtown. The home is immaculate with modern furnishings with a mix of old repurposed items. The owners live close by if there are any questions or problems and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this adorable home!

Awesome Super Clean and Roomy Place!!!
We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very accomodating. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m in the area. 😃

Awesome stay!
This was a great stay! Next to everything you need. We also drove down to Sedona, Jerome and the Grand Canyon! We rented the guest front house and it was very nice and felt like home. My 3 year old loved it as well. Very comfortable clean beds! That’s a HUGE plus for us🤗 BEAUTIFUL kitchen, with everything you need. Also a awesome backyard for us to hang out but we had a lot of snow the time we were there so couldn’t really take advantage of that. Highly recommend! Thank you Kristen and glen!!!

Perfectly appointed with large roomy spaces
This spacious home is near to charming downtown Cottonwood (walking distance to restaurants and shops) and is also close to the beautiful Sedona area. We rented the entire home and stayed all of Thanksgiving week with our children and young grandchildren. Each family had their own space and it was a perfect place to center our adventures in the area. I was able to easily cook a full Thanksgiving dinner in the well-equipped kitchen! We suggest renting bikes at the bike shop across the street to take in some great riding in the area. Our hosts, Kristen and Glen, were great to work with and we hope to come back to the Prickly Pear Guest House to do more exploring in the Sedona area - highly recommended!

Beautiful and comfortable place
This place is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and every thing we need is there. Kristen and Glen was kindly helped us to check in. I will recommend this house to everybody want to visit this place.

This place is perfect!
The place is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of off street parking. The house is a short walk from Old Town Cottonwood and a short drive to Jerome and Sedona. Kristin and Glen are very responsive and go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable. This is our second time staying there but will not be the last. Thanks Kristen and Glen!

Extremely helpfull
The owner Kristen is such a nice and helpful person. We are getting married in July up in Clarkdale and were looking for a place to stay with some of our family. I was having an issue trying to find the right place for all of us and also trying to accommodate my best friend that was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She is still up in the air as too whether she will be able to fly out here. If she can make it we needed to try and find her a place where she could also go and be alone if she wasn't feeling well. Kristen was so extremely helpful in doing everything she could to help me accommodate everyone we needed and also if my friend couldn't make it she was not going to charge us for any rooms we then didn't need. I'm so grateful for all her help but we ended up not needing her place cause we had more people need a place to stay and everyone would not fit in this place. It was close but we had to find something bigger. I thank you for all your help and highly recommend this couple. I will definitely stay here if we come up again to stay!
