Aview - not just a view, a superbly spectacular view of everything!
Beautifully ensconced into the foothills of the Twelve Apostles on the border of the Table mountain national park overlooking Camps Bay beach and Lions Head, there are views and sights in all directions from just about everywhere in this superb villa!
Hiking trails at your doorstep, from easy to adventurous, where birds, plants and small wildlife abound.
A short drive down the hill gets you to the bustling Camps Bay promenade for a day at the pristine beach with access to a multitude of vibey restaurants should one become a bit peckish.
One will be hard pressed to find anything better than Aview, very well appointed, comfortable and spacious, you will want for nothing.
Whether it’s sipping sundowners from the Jacuzzi overlooking the world, a refreshing dip in the infinity pool with infinitely good views, challenging the family to pool, air hockey darts or chess in the games room or just sitting in the natural splendor of it all, it is a difficult spot to leave ……. Who would want to?

La vue panoramique de Camps bay est toujours aussi magnifique. La villa n’a pas changé. Les propriétaires sont adorables.
C’est décidé, cette maison sera notre camp de base en Afrique du Sud. Nous nous y sentons chez nous.

Awesome family accommodation with spectacular views
Our family South African adventure ended with a seven day stay in Cape Town at Aview.
The villa was wonderful, plenty of space for a family of eight, with stunning views of Camps Bay, Table Mountain, Lions Head and the Twelve Apostles.
The owners, Duncan and Gillian, were so friendly and helpful - we felt like family by the end of our stay.
We can highly recommend Aview to anyone wanting a base for exploring Cape Town and the surrounding areas.

Gorgeous home and views
We stayed here during March 2018 as four couples and absolutely loved the house. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom and en-suite are lovely. The other three bedrooms are smaller but comfortable. Everything in the home is as you see in the photos. All you need for a comfortable holiday is provided. The views are stunning and we had unbelievable sunsets and gorgeous views of the mountains behind. From the moment the first enquiry was made to the time we left Duncan and Gillian responded quickly to any enquiries we had and were there to meet us on arrival and explain how everything works. However this home is not suitable to anyone who has small children as there are areas open that small children could fall off.
Would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is considering a place to stay in Camps Bay.

The best family home ever
We (family with 4 kids) spent one week at Aview and had one of our best family vacations ever. The house is spacious, with 4 sleeping rooms, and it could even accomodate more than 8 people. Kitchen is well equipped, and the pool area is not too spacious, but exactly what you need. You have a garage to park your car and there is proper security installed all around the house, so we did not one second feel unsecure. The sea view is just breath taking, but the mountain view in the evening is not less impressing.
The house is a perfect base for day excursions around Cape Town (e.g. Robben island, Cape of Good Hope, penguins at Boulders Bay, Cable mountain etc., but also 2 minutes drive to some excellent restaurants). The trekks up to the mountain just start behind the house....

Excellence!!
Me and my family traveled together with another family, for 14 days in wonderful Cape Town! This was our third trip to South Africa. We have stayed in Hout Bay earlier, but saw this property and could not get our minds away from it! And from day one, Gillian and Duncan was the most wonderful hosts ever. So warm and welcoming, informative and kind. Helping us out with mattresses since we were 12 in total, and meeting all our needs and questions with a big smile. We have not experienced anything like this before! The view was breathtaking! Having your morning coffee on the terrace felt like a once in a lifetime experience. But we'll be back😊 The kids absolutely loved the pool and the jacuzzi, and we enjoyed both the nature reserve at the back of the house for walks and workout. I can highly recommend this proberty and hosts from the bottom of my heart!

The villa, the sunsets, the scenery, the owners - what a villa rental should be like!
My friends and I were welcomed by Duncan at the property with open arms - he was very keen to learn how our trip had been so far and was swift to provide recommendations for the remainder of our stay. Without further ado, all security procedures were explained we were taken on a tour of the property - detailing the functionality of appliances and entertainment systems. After Duncan left us to enjoy the property (and the views) we spent 10 very relaxing days in paradise. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent and the games room was a great addition when we were looking to escape the sun for a few hours! Throughout our stay in Cape Town we varied our accommodation 4 times and this villa was the best by a country mile - we will definitely be returning! I really could write a lot more about the sunsets, 12 Apostles in your back garden and the wonderful neighborhood but I implore you to see for yourself! Thanks again!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home for the week of my 50th. It was fabulous! Breathtaking views of the sea and mountain. Pool, jacuzzi, WiFi, games room and lovely decor . Comfortable accommodation for 8 with all amenities. Recommended for any travellers to Cape Town!"

One word...Amazing! The best views, location and accommodations in Camps Bay!
Words cannot describe the setting that this wonderful home has to offer, it is not just a vacation...its an experience! 360 degree views of Camps Bay, Lions Head, Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles. The home is immaculate with all the necessary amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed unobstructed sunset views every evening from the infinity pool and Jacuzzi. 10 minutes to Camps Bay Beach and 20 min to Cape Town and Waterfront V&A make the location perfect. Duncan and Gillian are a pleasure to work with and they sincerely want you to enjoy their beautiful home. Thank you both, you made our vacation and trip of a lifetime!

Beautiful Home with Breathtaking Views
We stayed in Aview with family (group of 9 Adults and a baby) and had a fantastic time. The house was spacious, clean and extremely safe. Even with a large group, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Additionally, the owners Duncan & Gillian were more than helpful to explain how everything works and very welcoming. The location was also perfect, with breathtaking views of Camps bay. Highly recommend this property!

Rates:
ZAR 7500 - 18500 / per night for the Villa.
The rate for the Villa is negotiable and depends on the length of stay, number of occupants and time of year.
A 50% deposit is required on confirmation. The balance along with a 10% or ZAR 10000 (whichever the greater) breakages deposit, is required on or before arrival. 50Kw pd of electricity is allocated.
