Well maintained Condo Complex
We are very happy for the second year in a row, that we stayed at the Pointe Tapatio Cliffs. The condo and common areas, including the three pools were all very clean and well kept. The pools are heated and were very comfortable to swim in. Hot tubs were always clean and didn't have too much chlorine in them.
Everything that we needed for a comfortable two week stay was in our condo.
A light bulb went out in our bedroom, we found a spare in the pantry closet.
The Condo was spotless when we got there. We met the person that was cleaning and she (Dionne) took great care of us and our Condo. She was the sweetest, kindest person you'll ever meet. She helped us find everything we needed and told us where to go for groceries, church and even the Casino for a little fun. This resort is only 25-30 minutes away from the Brewer's Spring Training Park.
You're in walking distance from the Condo to some great hiking trails and a great little bar (Bobby D's) accross the side street and a little down the road. They have the BEST wings on Monday's. Not fast service, but well worth the wait for great food.

Enjoyed stay
An overall excellent resort. I like to swim laps so just wish the pools were longer to allow for lap swimming. Hope to return some day.

We enjoyed our vacation to Phoenix. We found this rental conveniently located to restaurants and we had many day trips to some beautiful areas. The condo was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. Dione was friendly, helpful, & responded to any concerns we had. The grounds were well manicured. We enjoyed the pool area. We would highly recommend this condo to family & friends.

Super endroit où rester

Very nice complex in convenient location
This place was perfect for us. Centrally located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Convenient for getting around the city and to/from airport. We especially liked the spacious, uncluttered layout and furnishings of this unit. It was very clean and updated. All of the rooms are sizable including kitchen, baths, laundry, and patio area. We also enjoyed the amenities; three pool/spa/bbq areas. The complex was quiet and beautifully landscaped. There are several stores nearby for stocking up on food, toiletries, and household items. Because we only stayed for a week, we were glad that we brought our own toiletries as well as other supplies we typically use when we travel. Dionne and Steve were friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
Recommended for: Activities (Hiking, golf, dining, and shopping are all within minutes.)

Fabulous place to stay!
Perfect place to stay for a AZ vacation. Gated community. Cheaper than a hotel. Nice, manicured area. Comfortable. We went to the Desert Botanical Gardens, The Phoenix Zoo, the Grand Canyon and to Old Town Scottsdale. The swimming pool was wonderfully refreshing. I also loved the fountains on the property. Very Relaxing.

Had a great stay! Lovely, comfortable unit. Would definitely stay there again. There were a couple small things that needed to be fixed, light bulbs, ice maker, that the agent addressed immediately.

Great Location for our Phoenix Vacation
Aside from a few minor glitches which were handled immediately by Dione, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highlights were a well equipped and comfortable unit, proximity to great hiking trails, well kept grounds, and a great pickleball court. It was also an excellent location for us.

Great place - great location
The unit is very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The linens were good. The pools were heated, and the hot tubs felt great after our hikes. The location was just what we needed. We were only about a mile from a trail, a mile from the grocery store, and a relatively easy and direct drive to either HWY 51 or 17.
Having a covered parking place was a bonus, and it was very near our door.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay here with us Robert. Yes, the hiking trails are about 2/3 mile away so people love to walk or jog that scenic strip from the resort to the mountains.
