Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided: Full bag of local Costa Rican coffee (125 mgs) Dishwasher soap One box of Kleenex per bathroom Dish cleaning sponge Shampoo in every shower Soap in every shower Hand soap at every sink Laundry detergent Coffee filters Cooking oil Dish soap (sink) Pepper Paper towels Napkins Toilet paper Trash bags Salt Osa Property Managements Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports (Quepos or Palmar Sur), to the property in Portalon. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be. Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at a pre-determined location (depending on where guests are arriving from) and we will escort guests to the home at check-in. We will also be there at check-out to ensure everything is in order. Home is located inside a development named Hills of Portalon and located between Manuel Antonio/Quepos and Dominical. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other shopping locations within 20-30 minutes. Numerous beaches within 30 minutes (Manuel Antonio National Park, Playa Dominical, Matapalo, Playa Linda). In addition, guests are about 40 minutes from another world-famous national park, Marino Ballena National Park and the 'whales-tail' beach. Guests have numerous activities nearby, and our Concierge will line any excursion or tour up for you (ideally in advance to secure availability). Zipline adventure ATV Tours Over a dozen waterfalls to visit. Swimming is optional, weather and safety permitting. Horseback riding on the beach (even better during a sunset) Horseback riding to beautiful waterfalls SCUBA diving at Cao Island Night hiking in the jungle Stand up paddle boarding Kayaking in the mangroves Activities for all ages Beaches and Matapalo: 15 minutes (Playa Linda is also ~15 minutes from the home) Dominical: ~20 minutes away Quepos: ~30 minutes away Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.
