A surfer’s paradise as the point break is easily viewed! The beach is a short trip crossing the Pacific Coast highway about a quarter mile and about 1.5 km away from downtown Dominical which offers boutique style organic & vegan stores, restaurants, bars and cafés. The Villa is located on the second floor and is an open concept studio that offers a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean! Please take out all trash and wash your dishes

This private gated community is the closest to Dominical village and has safe grounds and roads making access to the property easy for either driving or walking. It's on a hillside so it's great for taking a morning walk to enjoy the beautiful scenery. 4X4 is recommended but NOT necessary for reaching the property, just a great way to explore into those adventurous areas that Costa Rica is known for. Parking is easily available all along the front side of the property.
