A car is not necessary and street parking can be hard to find in high season. The accommodation is spacious and open plan. Outside The west facing balcony offers 2 recliner chairs, a round table and 4 chairs. Both sliding doors from the living room and bedroom have access to the balcony which has views of the communal pool, garden and sea. (2 beach chairs, parasol, and one sun bed can be found in the storage cabinet on the balcony) Living room Corner sofa with coffee table, free standing lamp, 50 inch Smart TV, sideboard / TV unit (**TV channels listed below), Air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, sliding door leaving to west facing balcony, The living room is open plan to the kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen is open plan and well equipped, with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, electric citrus juicer, and electric hand mixer. The kitchen comprises of a breakfast bar and 2 stools. Bedroom The bedroom offers a large double bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long) with sliding doors that access the balcony. Wardrobe space and bedside lights. Air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Bathroom The bathroom has a WC, towel rail, laundry basket, overhead shower plus removable hand shower head, with sliding glass doors, large mirror, double sinks and units underneath. Washing machine also situated in the bathroom.
