Long weekend family break.
We booked Lindores House in Alnmouth for an extended family break. 10 adults, one baby and a dog. It was perfect. It had everything that was required with plenty of space for us all to spread out. The log burning fire was lovely on an evening and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

Lindores house
A fabulous house in a great location..evertything we needed .well equiped and such comf beds .alnmouth is a beautiful place.and im sure we will be back soon .

Loves this place. Very spacious and beautifully decorated . Felt like a real home from home. Loads of space for 5 adults and a dog and the WiFi was significantly better than home so our daughter was able to join us and work some of the time. The house is 2 minutes from the wonderful beach and frankly I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Would be very happy to have a repeat trip

Great location, dog friendly, well equipped house suitable for multiple / large families
Great house close to all amenities, beach and high street. 2 parking permits to park on the street outside the house but we had 4 cars and found no issues with parking the additional 2 cars near the beach (1 minute walk) which was also free. House well equipped and plenty of space for 9 of us and a dog! Denise was very helpful during and after our stay, highly recommended! Will be going back again next year!

Brilliant Weekend Break
We enjoyed our weekend holiday £rd -6th Mayat Lindores very much. The house was perfect for all the family including our two dogs. The house was filled with all the crockery etc and facilities we required.
My grandchildren thought the play park and beach fantastic.
My son, son in law and myself had a pleasant game of golf despite the strong wind.
Alnwick and the castle were an easy drive away and we spent a very enjoyable afternoon on Saturday with the children learning how to fly a broomstick, (quidditch as in Harry Potter. Sunday was a trip to Holy Island and the Lindisfarne Castle.
It was a fantastic weekend and even the North East weather behaved, although very windy and rather chilly (anoraks and jumpers needed) we had no rain the entire time.

Fantastic Family House
We’ve stayed at the house a few times, 3 families, more than enough room. Very well equipped, lovely decor , close to beach, and lovely eateries. Host very helpful and sends through a great info pack before hand.

We stayed at lindores to attend a family wedding and couldnt fault it. The house was very well equipped and spacious and only two minutes to the beach would highly recommend this property to others.

Excellent holiday let, fantastic location with everything you need
We stayed in this holiday let for a long weekend. The house was perfectly kitted out with everything we needed (and more!). It was very clean and tidy and the abundance of bathrooms makes it perfect for a large group. The location is wonderful as you are only a short stroll to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Northumberland coastal retreat
A party of 9 friends, plus dogs, enjoyed a delightful long weekend at Lindores. The house is perfect, both in its location (literally 2 minutes walk from the beach, the town and the pub) and in its furnishings and provisions. We wanted for nothing, and we all felt well rested and relaxed after a lovely few days.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and well organised. Our supermarket delivery arrived soon after us, and the cooking and feeding of everyone was so easy.
We will definitely be returning to Lindores

Suited us perfectly!
The house was absolutely ideal for us. We were a group of friends and family, and the house offered us flexible sleeping arrangements in a fantastic family house environment. It was perfectly located for our visits to the seaside and Alnwick (including the fabulous castle, garden and Tree-house restaurant!) The house was very well-equipped and nicely decorated. It was also unbelievably clean! We're already discussing when we can visit again!
