We rented from Martha during the holidays and had she quoted a price with the security deposit included but she refused to return the security fee after we vacated the unit. When we returned home she stated that the price we paid didn't include the security and was just a flat fee. Even though we have email correspondencee proving the fee we paid included the security she claims it was a misunderstanding. BEWARE, this scammer will to the same to you, as I'm sure she did to others before us.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment for the winter (3 months). We feel at home from the minute we walk in the door. Our favorite thing about it is the balcony! There is a huge, comfortable couch where you can stretch out, relax & look right out at the beach & ocean. The living room also has a nice, large, comfortable couch & you can still see the water. Martha has also installed a big screen, smart TV, with plenty of channel choices. The wifi is great, too. She also just had ceiling fans installed in the living room & master bedroom. The unit is equipped with nice dishes & glassware & lots of pots, pans & just about anything else you'd need in the kitchen. There are plenty of linens and the bedding is very comfortable. Also, Martha is quick to respond to anything you might need. The Marbella complex is really nice. It's kept very clean (they even wash the beach chairs). There are 2 huge pools with plenty of chairs at the pools and the beach. Also, the very few vendors don't hassle you on the beach. We've always felt safe here, the security is very strict. There is a restaurant & bar within the complex & plenty across the street & within walking distance. We love it here so much, we've already told Martha we'll be back. If you want a very relaxing vacation, without the overcrowding & noise of the all-inclusives, you will definitely want to come here.

I stayed in this apartment for one month...May 19th to June 18th. I felt right at home. It was very well equipt...plenty of towels and sheets. The kitchen had appliances, tuperware and anything else that you could possibly need in it. The view was absolutely amazing and a perfect spot for my morning coffee. The owner, Martha was very professional. If I ever had a problem/question, she would respond immediately and issue resolved. I was very comfortable here and so sad to leave. I have stayed in this town many times....I only wish I found this place sooner! :)

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour,l appartement est très bien équipé et propre,la vue sur la mer et la piscine est superbe.la propriétaire martha est très réactive et a notre écoute.le personnel est très sympathique.nous avons adore les différents restaurants juste a cote,notamment El meson et le Paladart restaurant argentin.nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
