Our beautiful Villa is located in closed area of Iberostar Bavaro Resort only 20 mins from Punta Cana International Airport. Our comfortable house is fully equipped, has great location and waits for you, your family and friends!
Villa is surrounded by picturesque scenery of one of the largest in the Dominican Republic golf clubs. Each of our villas has a private pool that only guests can use. Villa area is 350 m2 (3767,37 sq. ft), 8 persons can comfortably stay there.
For your convenience kitchen is fully equipped. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with bath or shower. There’s a nice patio for you outside with sun beds, table, chairs, hammock, barbeque. You can have your breakfast, rest, make barbecue, everything to spend great time with your family and friends.

Ken is an amazing person! We had to change our plans in the last minute because of an emergency and we asked ken to cancel our reservation. He cancelled it with out any arguments and we got fully refunded.

Trying to be nice
I am going to be as honest as I possible can. My stay at Ibeostar villa 7 was a mixed bag.
The check In process was a little shaky. My fault I got there a couple hours late and the villa was not cleaned, so I left and came back at check in time and cleaners working away trying to get the place ready not big deal.
Overall, the place was great. Exactly what I was looking for. The villa was located away from the main hotel. There were about six villa in the area, and they all appeared deserted.
The villa was so spacious. Bedrooms were a good size with ensuite bathroom in all three bedrooms. The private pool was just the right size to soak away those very hot Jamaican days.
We did most of our own cooking. There were lots of pots and pans, with lots of dishes and flatware.
There property manager was great. He made the check in process seemless. Did all he could to make our stay comfortable.
Now for the bad part. If you are sqirmish about bugs, then this might not be the place for you. There are millipedes are over the place. They are just everywhere, inside and out.
The worst thing for us was the condition of the sofa and love seat facing the tv in the living room. These sofa were as dirty and smelly as can be. With cigarette burn and smelled foul. We never used them.
So other than the sofa, the place was well worth the money. We made the best of everything. We lost hot water for the last couple of days, but no one cared because it was so hot.

Well Worth the VERY FAIR price!
This place is VERY NICE for the money! We compared the Resort Prices and for the location, comfort, security and privacy that you get for this Villa, you can beat it! The follow is just pointers to maximize your satisfaction:
-The place is located in the Bavarro Beach area which is VERY NICE. It is part of the Iberostar Grand Hotel property which is also TOP NOTCH. There are 3 or 4 resorts located right next to each other, all part of the Iberostar Properties and ALL of them are nice and accessible to you for staying at the Villa. Hotel Grand is Adults only so its much quieter and relaxed than the others.
-Sergey will be waiting for you at the Resort. He is very nice and accommodating. He will go over everything with you. This takes time so depending on your arrival, got to the administration and check with them FIRST. If you want to eat on the Resorts (different prices for each one), you need to catch them before they leave for the day! If not you miss out because the buffets are expensive ($60) without purchasing a meal option at one of the resorts. We purchased the 3 day meal plan (All meals anytime) for $140 which allowed us to eat anywhere other than the Hotel Grand Resort. She is the Queen Bee and the same meal plan for her was $300!
-Have a $300 cash deposit upon arrival. I'm not sure I saw that during the reservation process, but KenP informed me before our arrival so we had it ready. The deposit is used for power and water. That is not included in the price. Both meters are read before and after. We paid $120 for 5 days of power and $6 for water. Not a big deal as it is vacation so we were not nickel and dining everything. When you arrive the place will be hot because everything is conserved when empty. As a measuring device we left ALL of the units ON everyday to stay cool when we returned and that amounted to $120.
-Be sure to find out about the hot water heater. We had luke warm/cold showers for a day or so before we let Sergey know it was a problem. You have to turn the circuit breaker on for 2 hours (MAX) to heat the hot water heater to have hot water and a hot shower. You CANNOT leave it on more than that because they (Dominicans) have not mastered insulating pipes and Sergey told us if left on constantly the pipes will bust and cause water damage!
-Most if not all of the electrical appliances are unplugged for conservation, so if its not working, check the plug!
-As mentioned in a previous post, the millipedes sometimes make it inside (and they are few outside around the pool), but the are harmless. They may spook out the insect fearers!
-You MUST get the Golf Cart. It is a necessity and quite convenient. It is too far to walk (unless you enjoy walking) from the Villa to the Resorts. Although the picture said it was FREE it is actually $15/day which isn't bad.
-There is a Safe to store your valuables. There as a Security Guard posted in the Villa area that watches the Villas around the clock, 24/7!
-They do not have traditional wash cloths, so if you want those you must bring them. They use the larger hand towels as wash cloths which is ok for some?
-There is a washer but no dryer so if you do laundry you have to hang dry your clothes.
-All of the beaches on Bavarro and the Resort are Private and VERY NICE!
-The food is pretty darn good! Unless you plan on cooking, I suggest your certainly purchase an inclusive meal plan.
-The Golf Course is TOP NOTCH and only $35 for 18 holes with a cart!
-Lastly if you want to go into town, drive the cart to one of the Resorts and get the concierge to get you one. They arrive pretty fast. We always went to Hotel Bavarro because thats where we ate most of the time. It should cost you $15 ($20 max) to go anywhere in town.
Again, these are just nice-to-knows before you arrive to make your stay that much more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would without a doubt stay here again! It was well worth the reasonable price!

Beautiful and Private!
We were cordially greeted upon arrival and shown everything we needed to know. The decor is modern and clean. We loved the private pool and private terrace for sunbathing. The property gated and VERY safe 24/7. Our only recommdation would be: remove the image that shows golf cart usage as "free"; actual cost is $15/day, which was well worth the money. Also, fresh flowers on the tables upon our arrival would have been a nice touch. Almost perfect all-in-all. We'll be back soon!!

Chillaxing
The house was absolutely beautiful. It was a nice size with two master suites. There was only one draw back, every morning there were dead millipedes dead on the floor and walls.
