Inside, the accommodation flows elegantly and logically over three levels. Largely open plan, the ground floor has a living room at the front of the property merging seamlessly into the dining area and on to the contemporary kitchen *** breakfast room. Sliding doors invite you into the compact courtyard at the rear where there is a separate barbecue house and good privacy to enjoy cooling dips in the plunge pool before relaxing on either the small sun terrace alongside or upstairs on the first floor sun terrace. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bath or shower room and all are tastefully furnished and decorated (an impressive four poster bed taking centre stage in the principal bedroom). Everything needed to enjoy a carefree holiday is very close at hand including a bakery (200m), chemist (200m), supermarket (300m), restaurant (300m) and bus stop (500m). Famed for their music, fireworks and general revelry lasting into the early hours, the riotous Moors and Christians celebrations in early August centre on the atmospheric main square (400m) and are a highlight of the cultural calendar. Numerous walking and cycling trails populate the surrounding landscape and wonderful sandy beaches such as the coves of Cala Sant Vicenç and sweeping bay of Pollença are easily reached within a 15 minute drive, taxi or bus ride.
