Treetops hideaway
The property is just as described. Cozy and comfy. Great beds. The setting is rustic but quite close to neighbors. You have to be careful of making noise. The top unit is 2 levels above parking and that may be an issue for any mobility impaired party or heavy luggage. We arrived on an exceptionally hot and humid afternoon. There is no AC; ceiling fans in the bedrooms and only 2 windows had screens. Closet doors in 2 bedrooms were broken and management said new ones were on order. We didn't cook but looked like everything one would need was available. Nice, thirsty towels.
I rent vacation houses frequently and have never had to complete so many forms. Unusual in my experience. Questions were promptly and professionally handled.

Relaxation among the Redwoods
The Little Red House was ideal for our getaway last weekend. My husband and I, who are from Pennsylvania, met friends from the Bay area with the goal of relaxing, reconnecting, and just being together. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, and even included things we had been told not to expect such as hand towels and soap. We cooked dinner on the grill and in the small but beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, sat by a roaring fire in the wood-burning fireplace in the cozy living room to enjoy local wine, board games, and each other's company, and luxuriated in the spa under the redwood's canopy. After just two days we all agreed that we felt like it had been a longer vacation - it was that relaxing.
While I am sure that there would be more hustle and bustle in the neighborhood in the summer months, I do believe that it would still be quiet and it would be wonderful to be able to spend more time on the expansive deck and use the hammock. Being among the redwoods was a treat for these East-coasters.
The location was extremely convenient whether you want to go hiking in the hills and redwoods, spend time at the river or the ocean, visit wineries, wander through charming Guerneville, or do nothing at all, as one of our friends did to her great delight. This is not the place for you if you are looking for nightlife and shopping - which made it perfect for us.
Although the house is small, there was adequate room for five adults who like each other and don't hog the bathroom. While you never really know what to expect when booking someplace sight-unseen, this house did not fail to charm and delight us. While some might find it too small, to us it was cozy and perfect. For those looking for peaceful relaxation - this could be your place. Enjoy - we did!

Clean, modern, comfortable, and a great outside space!
Loved, loved, loved this little cottage in the woods. Sitting among the redwoods, it felt like we were in the most luxe treehouse.
We found the cottage to be super clean and modern while still retaining the charm of a cottage in the woods.
The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The outside space was wonderful -- loved the deck and large table not to mention the great hammock! We used both the main house and the studio below. The studio was a nice quiet respite -- felt like a little cozy getaway.
This home is close to the coast and wine country, both. The location is perfect for seeing all the sights in the area.
One more note: we ran out of propane for the grill and a quick email to the management company was all that was needed to get a re-fill the next day. Good service on that front, too.
Would rent again and again!

Little Red House
We had an awesome experience. We would pick this cabin again. It's very nice, cozy and clean. It's a great location, close to the River and BodegaBay. This home is very well taken care of. Property mgmt team are professional and very helpful. Thank you everyone!

Visit for Vineman
I stayed at the Little Red House with family while visiting to compete in the Vineman Full. It was very nice and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and felt like home. For the money this is a much better option than staying in a hotel in Windsor.

Perfect Stay
Rented the Little Red house for Vineman, and it was perfect in every way. Beautiful location in the redwoods, fully stocked kitchen with nice pots/pans and appliances. We would return again!

Great Secluded Cottage
My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed 4 nights here after a couple of days in San Francisco. The house was perfect for us. It’s located in a Redwood forest and was a very quiet place with quiet neighbors. The house had been renovated recently and has a nice kitchen and bath. We mainly spent time in Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and parts of Napa County so we were on the road a lot. The property management company was easy to work with and very helpful. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet retreat in a laid back community.

Magical Honeymoon Home
My bride and I spent the second half of our honeymoon here. In her words, she was "enchanted." We both loved the redwood trees, and the outdoor hot tub. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and the perfect setting. The owners provided us with a bottle of a local chardonnay, and the local cuisine was surprisingly wonderful for such a small town. The location was amazing---forty-five minutes from San Francisco, and a fifteen minute drive through vineyards, and along the coast to the town of Jenner. Beautiful, private, romantic, and comfortable. Perfect. We look forward to returning for future anniversaries!

Little Red House-Guerneville, CA
We spent a weekend at the Little Red House for a small getaway. We had the most relaxed experience. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, the home was comfy and left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this home and plan on returning soon.
