This end-terrace cottage is situated in the village of Kirkby Thore near Appleby-in-Westmorland and sleeps three people in two bedrooms.Bakers Cottage is an end-terrace cottage situated in the village of Kirkby Thore, five miles from the town of Appleby-in-Westmorland. This cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one single, along with a compact shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside there's an enclosed patio with furniture and roadside parking in a side street next to the cottage. Bakers Cottage is a great base for exploring Cumbria and the Lake District National Park. One well behaved dog welcome.

Wonderfully Excellent
Most excellently tucked away beautifully peacefully quaint cottage. Which gives one a hug on entering. A most wonderful stay had by fur baby and all A place where the magic sings to ones heart & soul.

lovely, quiet place
My wife and I rented the cottage and found it a good location to explore the Eden Valley and the Lakes. The kitchen is well kitted out - the owner thought of everything. Furnishings and bedding are in excellent condition. There is a nice garden with table and 4 chairs. My reason for giving it a 4 star rather than 5 is that the cottage is on the small side. The bathroom is the size of a small en-suite and the bedroom with the double bed is small. Overall, good value.
