Perfect Family vacay
Everything was perfect! The pictures do not do this place justice. I knew the view would be beautiful, but it was even better than expected. Everything was clean and well kept. We were nervous about flying in and not renting a car, but we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go or take the jolly trolley. Our favorite restaurant was Jimmy’s fish house and Iguana Bar, there were more selections than at the other restaurants we went to and the outside area was right on the water. We will definitely look at this location first when we return.

Fabulous Return Trip to this Beautiful Condo
What a perfect location to celebrate being with friends, after being isolated for so long because of the pandemic. We stayed at this wonderful condo 3 years ago with plans to return last year, before Covid 'closed' the whole world down. We 3 friends were thrilled to finally be able to gather together again in May! The owner, Kenneth, has done a great job of maintaining his condo. We three loved having our own bedroom and private bath. The living area is quite large and the long L-shaped sofa was perfect for cozying up for our late night hours of chatting and 'catching up on life' The wonderful balcony was the perfect place to end the day ... watching the sun set with a glass of wine. The gorgeous sunrises were even better! We loved eating at Salty's Island Grill, Columbia, and Rumma's Island Grill. All have great food. If you are in the area long enough we recommend the small quaint town of Duneadin, only 5 miles away or the town of Safety Harbor, where we spent Sunday afternoon at their weekend market and had brunch. Both great places to visit! Thanks again Kenneth for sharing your condo with us. We hope to return next year.

It`s not a hotel it`s a condo
Stor lägenhet med rejäl balkong mot en kanal.
Gångavstånd 10 minuter till beachen.
Vi bodde 1 månad och saknade några uppläggningsfat och kaffekoppar i köket.

A BIG piece of Paradise in Clearwater, Florida!
.We were luck enough to spend our Thanksgiving week in Clearwater, Florida thanks to the VRBO listing we booked from Ken Konig. Communication from Ken was excellent. All codes worked perfectly upon our arrival and we found this 3 bedroom condo so spacious, clean and comfortable - felt completely at home. Beautiful view off the balcony and we were able to see dolphins on several occasions. Small,but nice pool area - very clean. The unit contained a booklet listing many local attractions and restaurant recommendations that we found extremely helpful. The location is excellent - within walking distance of Clearwater Beach (for the shellinators, I was able to pick up some unusual minis right on the public beach) and numerous shops and restaurants. We particularly liked Shephard's Beach Resort which was right across the street - live music outside and an awesome dinner/seafood buffet! We also enjoyed Frenchy's and Sharky's Beach Bar - good food and drinks (I'm all about the grouper!) right across the street from the beach. As we have family in the area, I will definitely try to return to this unit so I can explore some of the attractions I just could not get to in only a week's time - I'll be contacting you again, Ken - Thanks!!!

Clearwater stay
The condo was very comfortable and close to all amenities. There was a couple of minor repairs that needed to be made ie screen doors for the deck area but did not effect us greatly. Great time and would rent again if returning to Clearwater.

Perfect family vacation condo with gorgeous view.
This condo is very nice and very large - more than I could imagine it would be. The cabana had all the beach necessities for our daily beach trips without having to buy a thing. We could view the fireworks from the balcony on the 4th perfectly. Loved seeing the dolphins in the bay. Very convenient to everything and within walking distance. The owner is also great to work with and cannot wait to go back.

Thank you for the very nice review and I hope to have you as a guest again in the future! Glad the cabana beach toys etc., worked out for you - I can't guarantee it always has enough items, as things get lost, etc. Love those dolphin sightings off the balcony !!

FANTASTIC STAY...GORGEOUS CONDO!
We couldn't have picked a better Clearwater Beach location! Our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo was spotless. The view from our balcony was fabulous....a great place for watching the dolphins entertain us daily! The owner Ken was so kind and always got back to us promptly with an answer to any question we might have. Their are so many great restaurants in the area that we didn't have a chance to try them all in the week we were there! Frenchy's on the beach had a wonderful grouper sandwich and the key like pie was also delicious! Rumba Island Bar & Grill has a wonderful 'early bird special...coconut shrimp,...awesome cocktails and the best ever key lime pie. For a change of pace we enjoyed the Columbia Restaurant at Sandy Key....wonderful service and delicious cuban sandwiches! For Sunday Brunch I would highly recommend Island Way Grill (make reservations). Oh and if you love crab cakes try the nearby Backwater's On SandKey. Crab Cake night is on Wednesday and they are delicious, with mostly crab and very little fillers. Their lobster bisque was also great. Although we enjoyed all of our daily outings the best part of the trip was coming back to this wonderful condo and relaxing with our friends! What a great memory this trip will always be for us! Thank you Ken...we are already definitely making our plans to return next year!

Well worth the rent

Wonderful rental in Clearwater Beach
Our family of 6 rented this unit over Thanksgiving week. The condo is great. Nicely done and all the needed amenities. It has a great view of the water. It is in walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and the beach. If we go to Clearwater Beach again, I will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect place to stay.
A very nice, clean condo with a great view and a very caring owner. It was fully stocked with everything I needed. Beautiful water view off the back balcony and just minutes walk from Clearwater Beach.
