It is clean, remodel 2015 with high end kitchen featuring Samsung Stainless Steel appliances , Granite tops , all new bath fixtures and tub, and new furniture, 42 inch LCD wall mounted TV and DVD video entertainment center master bedroom, 19 LCD TV s in Children's room and 32 inch in living room.( total 4 wall LCD TV s.) Air conditioner in each bedroom, and heat in large living room, Large double closets, full size stainless steel LG refrigerator and new ceramic glass Stainless Steel LG stove., Well heeled travelers looking for upscale resort should rent at the condos across the street as we sometimes cannot meet the expectations of very fancy folks and don't want to as we love families with kids, laid back guests who want to enjoy the beach at a great value and have fun. We are just behind the Condos on the sand, and 2 blocks north of the Sand pearl Hotel. Upscale demanding guests should stay there, fun loving families will share the same world class beach with Capt. Business Center: Our Guest enjoy free of charge our air conditioned business center with Computer, Copier, Fax Machine, Printer and discount brochures to most Attractions. Coin operated washer and dryer at business center $2.00 per load, or drop off wash and fold across street. Swimming Pool: We do not have a pool on site, but offer free passes ( 10 maximum for one week guests ) 20 passes for 3 bedroom rentals. to the biggest and best Recreation Center and Pools on the Beach just across the street, 2.5 blocks over. Heated Olympic size Adult Pool and child Pool with fountains,slides, rock climbing wall, air conditioned state of the art exercise center overlooking the waterways and showers. These pools are far superior to most hotel and resort pools and the best kept secret in CW Beach. Also at the Rec center is Tennis, Basketball, Library, and kiddie classes , counselors and Life Guards. Maximum free passes is 10 passes. Opens mid March Kids 9 years old and older may be dropped off as there are free Counselors and Life Guards. No charge for pack and play, high chairs, stair fence,cribs, beach chairs,, extra towels.,coolers and us of Managers bikes ( Bikes owned by Manager and not the Resort ) . Our Spa is almost as big as some swimming pools in the same neighborhood . Some restrictions apply. Absolutely no children under 12 years old. Closes at 9;00 pm unless 4 cottages are rented. Washer and Dryer: You can ask the housekeeper to do a small load. They appreciate tips. You can it drop off across from Hess station for less than $1 per lb, washed and folded. or use the coin operated machines $2 per load at the air conditioned business center. Housekeeping at the Cottages use the drop off service for superior cleaning. Parking is provided for one car. Metered spots available in front. All of CW Beach is metered. save the hassle of a car since you can walk everywhere from CW Cottages and we offer free Golf Cart Taxi rides, when available.
