Great for large families in Clearwater
Perfect house for a large family group. 17 of my family members stayed here, ranging in Ages 7-65. We were very impressed with how clean the house was. Many comments on comfortable beds and pillow. Several refrigerators and 2 sets of washer and dryers! The swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids. They did a wonderful job on that pool and outdoor space. Lots of family time was spent around the pool area. I think the pool is Ion? It was wonderful! No eye or skin irritation from chemicals. Kids rarely used googles in it. Location wise, you just walk up a dead end street and you are on the beach!! We purchased a tent from Amazon that fit in our suitcase and purchased chairs at CVS. So our beach set up was very close to house.
One thing I would suggest improving is the kitchen supplies. Clearwater is a casual beach vibe! The kitchen was stocked with heavy white stoneware plates and bowls. Our kids were eating cereal out of square stoneware bowls. You need to bring your own plastic or disposable bowls for things like popcorn and goldfish cracker snacks. We also only had 2 12inch skillets. Not enough to cook breakfast eggs, bacon and sausage for 17 people.
The spiral staircase can get tiresome after 6 days.
If you have read about construction, it’s gone. No noise and surprisingly quiet for how close the house is to main road.
If you have a large group, this is a great place for you! Loved it and would definitely come back.

Great house and service!
Booked this through Belloise and had Jennifer as our agent and she made everything very easy including scheduling, booking, paying, checking-in and checking out. There was no stress throughout the entire process. The house itself was very nice and clean and was much better than we expected. Was fully-stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and had plenty of towels and beach supplies for the entire weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location for beach, shopping and fun.
We rented both lower and upper of this location and were very pleased with the queen and king beds. There were sufficient bathrooms for the 14 of us. We were very happy with the closeness to the beach and pier 60 and shops and places to eat. We would be happy to rent again.
The only negative is no access to upper unit except the steps outside and when it rains they can be slippery.

Great Spring Break!
My friends and I rented both the upper and lower units of Forever Sunshine VI and we couldn't be happier with our stay! 2 queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom, 1 queen sized pullout sofa and 1 twin sized pullout sofa in each unit so we had plenty of bed space. Best part about the house was it's location: about a 200 foot walk to the beach and a mile north of Pier 60. We were close enough to the residential area that the beach was relatively quiet around us but we could walk 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile south to the touristy hotels and Pier 60 area if we wanted. Kitchens were fully stocked with cookware,dishware, and utensils. Two full bathrooms in each unit were clean. Porch area on the upper unit was a great place to hang out before going out for the night!

This is an excellent choice for a special occasion or family gathering.
My son and his fiancee chose Clearwater Beach as their wedding destination. The ceremony was performed at the beach access at the end of the street, and the guests came to our rental house for a Low Country Boil afterward. The large yard and covered patio provided the perfect setting. The men in charge of cooking loved the brick grill set up. We rented both the upper and lower units, which provided plenty of space and privacy for our extended family. There was also ample street-side parking for extra cars. It was very clean, nicely furnished and the "beachy" decor added to the fun atmosphere. There were plenty of linens, towels, beach towels and beach toys, and a Pack'n'Play. The staff at Beloise Realty is excellent, including the cleaning staff. On the negative side, the kitchen utensils were inadequate and the non-stick cookware was well-worn. The dryers are VERY slow. Nothing was posted inside about the recycling procedures, nor were there any bins inside. The only "trash" receptacles we found outside were the recycling containers which were not clearly marked. That was an issue. We later found trash cans that had no lids. Pretty stinky. But we still agreed it was a great place and we had a wonderful three-day celebration.

Great rental...NEARLY perfect.
My group of friends and I have a tradition to go to a beach house each summer. Finding something that has ample sleeping spaces, proximity to the beach, all within our price range can be a challenge. We were excited to find Forever Sunshine.
We rented both the upper and lower units and were, overall very happy!
Pros:
- Location: you really can't beat the location. Maybe 25 steps to the beach. The beach that it's connected to also seems a bit further down from the super commercialized area, so it didn't feel overrun, even on Memorial Day.
- Customer Service: We were also impressed by the customer service. They even brought us fresh cookies on the first day! We also had an incident with some locals who inflicted some damage on the property and they were very understanding and even let us know what was happening.
- Space: Both units offered MORE than enough space for me and my friends. We only pulled out 2/4 couches each day and had room to spare.
Cons:
- Provided amenities: Hand soap, dishsoap, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent were not provided. Paper goods, trash bags, and grilling stuff were provided, but minimal (or maybe they were leftover by the last folks staying?). This is all outlined in the rental agreement but I think it would be great if they had an option to add to your rental amount and have these things provided for you, since it seems like a waste to buy all of that for shorter stays.
- House Design/Decor: One complaint was you can't get upstairs from the inside. I see how this is convenient when the units are rented separately but for us it was just a bit of a bother to always go outside to go upstairs/downstairs. We also couldn't get the TV upstairs to work--granted we didn't try very hard, ask about it, and didn't miss it but just a minor annoyance. Finally, the Tiki Hut outside seemed just a bit precarious, probably could have done with some screw tightening on the seats.
The decor is also a bit cheesy, and one painting even depicted the Trail of Tears. Although the painting may have been appropriate for a gallery setting or educational purposes, in the context of the beach house with no educational component I found it rather exploitative, inappropriate, and offensive.
Overall though my friends and I had a great time! Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks!

Wonderful rental and great location
We loved the space (three bedrooms, two bath) of the upper unit. Full kitchen, living room and ample space for three friends to enjoy our stay. The only negatives (and had it not been a rainy weekend, we may not have realized), the stairs that you must use to enter/exit have no cover and stay very wet in rainy weather. Its hard to get your luggage up/down or yourself when its raining. Also no disabled access for upper unit. The outer porch area has no cover either - but would be great for lounging in sunny weather. Rooms were large and all had TVs. Living room was nice. Kitchen ample (no dining room. breakfast area however). Decor was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and WILL be back. Location is amazing - beach is right there, walkable to the shops, dining, etc. Was a really enjoyable place. Just happened to experience it in rainy time, so perhaps covering entry area may be idea for owners in future.

Wish I had stayed longer
The house is in an incredible location. Walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, and most of all a few yards to the beach. My whole family stayed in the house 4 couples and a few kids and there was plenty of room. The house was nicely decorated and everything was in great working order. The people from the realty company were very friendly and extremely helpful! The only bad part about our stay was it was not long enough!

Perfect Beach Rental
I recently rented the whole house (Forever Sunshine Upper and Lower) for my beach wedding. We had 14 people staying. The house was spacious enough and accommodating for all of us. The decor was very 'beachy", colorful and fun and the house was spotless. Minus food and personal hygiene products, this house had it all! The kitchens were filled with any utensil you would need (plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, you name it, they had it) and there were plenty of towels for all of us. There is also lots of closet space, tv's in every bedroom and strong wi-fi service available.
I personally stayed in the king bedroom in the upper unit. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, there was a private full bathroom and a nice flat screen tv.
This house is located roughly 80 steps to the beautiful white sand of Clearwater Beach and the house provides plenty of beach gear (towels, toys, beach chairs, etc). It is a short walk to many great restaurants and shopping but it is set just far enough away that it is quiet and private.
As I mentioned, I was married on the beach a few steps away from the house. We had our reception right in the yard. It was perfect for the small affair (35 people). There was plenty of room for tables, chairs, and entertainment. This house truely provided a perfect setting for my special day.
I highly recommend this location for a family vacation, romantic getaway or a fun weekend with friends. It not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I cannot wait to go back for our anniversary!

Wedding 10/20/12
If you are ever thinking of having a beach wedding, this is the place to go. The accommodations were fantastic! Whatever you need, it is there! Lots of room for everyone and it has all the comforts of home & then some. The rooms were very nicely furnished and I enjoyed being able to have all the family staying in one place. Even if you aren't planning a beach wedding, this place is great for a family vacation or even a romantic get-a-way!
