Not bad, smelly bathroom and debris in the carpet

All dishes and utensils had to be washed before use as they were dirty. The bathroom off the garage was not well ventilated and smelled like an unclean bathroom. The carpet contained a number of staples and a pin all of which found their way into my bare feet, as such I had to wear shoes all of the time. As well, if you park in the driveway, the neighbor’s sprinkler system will generously spray your vehicle with reclaimed water, resulting in stains to the paint surface. Despite reporting these issues to the rental company (Florida Beach Rentals), nothing was done to correct them. All that said, the location was good so if you are willing to put up with the aforementioned annoyances, then you are good to go.

We were sorry to hear that items had been left in the carpet. We do our utmost to maintain the units we provide to the highest standards. We employ a cleaning manager who goes behind cleaners to make sure the cleanings meet our standards. The carpet was doubly checked after the receipt of this review. As a response to reviews of this type, we always check to see what might cause odors and do our best to resolve the issues. The bathroom in question is a garage bathroom at the side of the laundry room. The cleanliness of dishes can sometimes be questioned due to hard water issues. We have switched to a type of dishwasher soap that helps to remove any water stains, which we also use here at the office. It seems to improve the shine of the dishware. The Cornercopia Paradise house is on the barrier island of Clearwater Beach and provides a private atmosphere, and a large yard, while being reasonably close to the beach.

extremely pleased

My spouse and I stayed at Cornercopia Paradise on Clearwater Beach, Florida, recently and were extremely pleased with our choice. The home is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with obvious care taken to insure lovely decor and comfort. The weather was lovely; it is only a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Every evening, we sat on the beach alongside other residents and enjoyed the nightly magnificent sunsets. Restaurants are close by and truly excellent. We haven't had such a superior vacation in years and will definitely return for another visit with hopes this home will be again available to us. Dbw and DGW, New York City, N.Y.
