They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day. Bedding Configuration: -Bedroom 1 - Suite with king master bed (downstairs) -Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds (upstairs) -Bedroom 3 - 1 queen (upstairs) and jack & jill bathroom -Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds (upstairs) -Bedroom 5 - other suite master with king bed (upstairs) -Bedroom 6 - 1 queen bed (upstairs) -3 Bathrooms upstairs -Half Bathrooms downstairs -Fully equipped kitchen so guests can cook their own meals -BBQ area with huge pool and Jacuzzi -Laundry inside the property -Free Parking -Cable TV and Wi-Fi-Free Calls within the US -Linens and Towels -Private pool with screenYou will have full access to the wonderful Solterra Resort Amenities:* Luxury Clubhouse and Cabanas*Slide* Jacuzzi* Lazy River* Gym* Resort-Style Pool* Outdoor Recreation Areas* Tennis Court* Soccer Field* Restaurant and more. Our private pools can be heated upon request (U$50.00 per day, 3 day minimum, request at least within 48 hours advance). Come have a cook out with our BBQ Grill there is extra cleaner charge $30 to use the BBQ grill, the propane is NOT included (If the propane is over, the guest is responsible for the exchange). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival, without the payment, we won't honor the request. The perfect vacation home

We had a great time and everything about this house was perfect!!! The entire family enjoyed being able to play games, swim, and lounge. The waterpark is amazing and it felt good being able to enjoy the lazy river without a lot of people surrounding you. Thank you so much we will be back.

DO NOT BOOK! Go with Global resorts

I just checked out of this home today. I booked through booking.com. DO NOT BOOK HERE! It is filthy, dated and has mold and mildew. It is time to update linen, it’s picky, pillows old and flat. You can tell it has not been deep cleaned. I was told to buy wash cloths when I first mentioned we didn’t have any. Once I fussed and contacted booking, then they offered to bring wash cloths which took hours out of our vacation time because we had to wash the washcloths before using. The filth on the iron was absolutely ridiculous. We usually use Global Resorts (highly recommend). This experience is why people complain about short term rentals. Yes he sent someone to clean the vents but the entire house needed to be cleaned again. The lady he sent didn’t speak English well and brought her young son with her. So she was not able to deep clean. This was just a horrible experience
