Vacation place on the Gulf of Mexico. Condo in Indian shores. The property offers a efficiency one bedroom, 1 bath located on the beach of Indian Shores, Florida. Amenities include a full kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar. Washer and dryer is on the same floor, includes free parking, free Wi-Fi and full access to a newly renovated heated pool, charcoal grill area, and a private fishing pier across the street on the intercoast. This condo does not have a balcony or view on the Gulf but the building and the heated pool is directly on the beach. Spectacular sunsets await you in sunny Florida.

Wonderfull condo on the beach !
Thank you for this beautiful location! a beautiful condo complex on the beach! heated pool just outside the elevator. A lot of supply within the condo. Very clean on my arrival. Impeccable service from the owners. I can not wait to come back!

Great beach condo
The condo was cute and clean, the "turn-key" style with many extra included and the key less lock was fun. Right on the beach of Indian Shores, the heated pool is also on the beach, with a grilling area. Fishing pier and boat slip right across the street on the intercoastal. Close to restaurants, convenient store and the Splash Harbour Water Park in Indian Rocks, John's Pass & Clearwater Beach. We had a great time on the beach, sunsets, hanging out by the pool, walking on the beach, sea shelling, took lots of pictures. I will be back!

Very noisey apartment
The complex is set up basically with 11 units on each floor in a circle with one in the middle. This unit is in the middle and on the top floor so all the AC compressors for this section is located directly on top of this unit which was noisy but the loudest noisy was from blower on inside evaporator unit. This unit is located above the ceiling just a few feet from the bed so at night you could hear the loud unit which also had squeaky bearing which was very annoying. We finally had to turn off the AC so we could get some sleep but the room got warm by morning. The next issue was the sheets on the bed were the cheap polyester that stuck to you when ever you moved, we ended up sleeping on our beach towels. There are approximately 85 apartments in this complex which is serviced by only one elevator so you was always waiting on it. The assign parking spot was located across Gulf Blvd street. Fortunately we only had to use a couple times since we were able to use the handicap parking most of the time which was located next to the pool.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations
I really wish you would have called or emailed me, as indicated in our welcome letter.
We have contacted the AC company, thank you for bringing it to our attention.
This problem as never been indentified in the past by our previous guests our ourselves.
In regards to the sheets, I apologize that they are not what you are used to, there is always an extra set of cotton sheets under the bed and inside the sofa sleeper in the living room, the other ones came with the bedspread.
The parking area is across the street, as indicated in the welcome letter, we discussed the availability for a handicapped parking available for your use, to ensure this was available, we contacted the office prior to your arrival.
Again I am sorry that you did not fully enjoy the condo.

Location, location, location!!!
The condo was very neat and clean. It has a large refrigerator, electric range, and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped. Coin operated clothes washer and dryer are located on each floor. The large heated well maintained swimming pool is located beachside, you walk from the pool onto the beach. The condo itself is small, and in the interior of the building, there are only two windows that look out at the walkways to other units. Parking is limited and this units space is across Gulf Blvd. The unit is perfect for a couple who enjoys a swimming pool and wants to be on the beach.

Great location, excellent value!
The accommodations are charming and were kept very clean. Full size kitchen with all amenities including a full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. The facilities on the property added to the value with a nice sized heated pool, charcoal grills, tiki hut and shuffleboard. Powdery white sand, sand dunes and amazing sunsets over the Gulf. The beach was not crowded and gave it a very private feel. Highly recommended!

Awesome
The condo was amazing. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of safe walking and a nice park nearby. The beach is awesome the pool was great we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and well stocked. We didn't run into anything that wasn't there. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much.

Relaxing
It was a very nice place. Clean, good location and nice pool. Would book again. Place was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of good places to eat near by within walking distance. Everyone was friendly not to commercial.

great location, great deal
Located right on the beach. pool was in great shape and the condo had everything we needed , very clean. Danielle the owner was very attentive to anything we needed.

Relaxing Stay
I had a pleasant stay at this condo. Me and my partner felt we had enough space not to step on each other. Just an elevator ride down to the sandy beach. The room was clean, towels and sheets were also clean. Many small things needed for they stay were already there. I enjoyed the variety or restaurants near by and the John's Pass a few minutes away had all the vacation needs met. Keyless entry made it easy to move in and out and not have to worry about carrying a key to the pool or beach.
The bed was comfortable and area stayed quiet for good night rest.
I did not use the cabana area with grill but saw others using it, it was never crowded.
Had a great vacation, good sleep, and convenient location, will be returning.
