First-floor living areas are comprised of: a modern open plan kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop, counter bar with 5 stools to eat or for happy hour, a beautiful living room with a 70 "Smart TV, a charming formal dining room with capacity for 10 people and a fun Marvel old comics game room with a pool table, single-shot ll arcade game, 2 bar tables with stools, and a 70-inch smart TV with adjustable chairs area where you and the kids could have a lot of fun. Two delightful master suites. The first master suite features a king bed, a smart 50" TV, closet, bathroom with double sinks, shower, and tub. The second master suite has a king bed, smart 50" TV, closet, bathroom with double sinks, and a shower. Outside areas: a private, heated, and screened swimming pool with spa, pool chairs, living room, and outdoor dining area. The ideal place to sit and relax on the sun loungers or have an outdoor meal around the patio table by the pool or simply have a cup of coffee in the morning. The second floor features a living room that everyone will love! This area is ready to host you and your guest for a movie night with a smart 70" TV and a comfortable sectional sofa. This also features a work/study area with a desk and chair for you to enjoy. Upstairs you will also find 7 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are similar to the master suite with a king bed, closet, and 50" smart TV. These rooms feature jack and jill bathrooms with double sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Two rooms are thematic bedrooms with two full beds each. Another room is a lovely Mickey Mouse bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Lastly, we have a kid’s dream come true....a giant American Indian bedroom! Here they not only get two sets of twin-over-twin with trundle bunk beds but, they also get an extra treat with Indian tents and sleeping bags! Enjoy extras like complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking all around, bathroom towels, linens, pool towels, and a full-size washer and dryer upstairs. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for young children. As a courtesy, we provide you with essential amenities to begin your stay in our rental vacation home. These amenities include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, sponge, detergent, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, liquid soap for dishes, kitchen paper, and plastic bag. Please note that this is for your initial usage upon arriving only. We will not be responsible to replace these items during your stay. If you arrive before check-in you will be able to enjoy all the amenities in the Club House while you wait for your check-in at 4 pm. Other things to note EXTRA FEES: * Pool Heat: $25 per day plus 13.5% tax. NOTE: If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 plus hours for the pool to be fully heated.
