Guest agrees to leave unit in the same condition as found. Furniture must be in the same location as when you arrived. Dishes, pots and pans must be properly cleaned as to not have any baked on food, all trash (water bottles, boxes, bags etc) must be picked up and put out for the trash during your stay and upon departure. You are responsible for making sure the condo is properly secured at all times. Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury.

Nice and safe

Nice safe place to stay. Although, we had to listen to the smoke detector beep 2 of the 3 nights. I emailed the owner, and asked them change the battery while we were out. We assumed it was done but when we arrived back around 9:30 pm we walked back into the beeping all night long. We had a 18 hour drive ahead. It sucked with no sleep. I would rent again, but I am still aggravated writing this review.
